      The company will not honor their order cancellation policy. Ordered items 8/17/2022, still pending, no other emails after that. Per company policy, if the order has not been fulfilled or a tracking number provided, you can call customer service to cancel. Customer service gives you the run around. They have no way of cancelling, no supervisor is around, but the charge is still pending on my card. Bad business and horrible customer service.

      I do not think this company is interested in resolving any issues you may have while doing business with them. I placed an online order with them on 06/13/2022 and I never received my order. I called them three times and each time I was told that it would take **** days for them to investigate what was going on and also that I would be receiving a refund. It is now 08/18/2022 and I still don't have my order or refund I was told today they don't even see the order that I had even when I gave them the order number. They checked the website and found the order but I was told since it's not actually on their system there is nothing they can do. I think this is the poorest of customer service and I think someone should be held accountable for how their processes are.

      Never received an order. Order placed on 7/27/22 I tried many times to track the order as one of the items was for a specific event that has since past.I tried calling the number on the site but never reached anyone was just put on hold with the same recording of someone would be with me shortly over and over again. The website informs you to allow for 5 to 7 business days for delivery. It is well pst that time. Also when attempting to track the order there is no information.Im not sure what steps to take next other NEVER purchase from ** and comp. again

      Never Again!! This WAS a ********** retail store, however fulfillment of their online orders is grossly delayed. In the age of 2-day shipping, a more than 10 lapse in getting a tracking number/delivery date is unacceptable!Why isnt zero stars an option?

      ************** is the worst company I have ever ordered from. I ordered items on July 28th and to this date havent received my purchase. I asked this company to cancel the order and refund me and was denied. This company has not shipped my items but state items are in distribution center about to be shipped and the only way to obtain refund is to receive items by mail and then return them back for a full refund. Im very disappointed and would advise anyone else to not order from them. I had a very important occasion and had to purchase clothes from another store closest to my residence at the last minute.

      I ordered two items over a week or more ago and I spent well over an hour and 2as told three days ago my item would be here by today. **************** dies not answer the phone. Clothes are not high quality.

      BUYERS BEWARE, DO NOT SHOP AT NEW YORK & COMPANY- you don't when or if you'll get your merchandise...I placed an order on, July 16th and to date have not received my order any or shipping information. Trying to get through to on the phone to a customer service representative is impossible ( I've been on hold for over an hour on more than one occasion). I finally contacted the company on ******* and received a generic response... the delays are due to the company's move to a new distribution center. *************** should have notified customers of the move and closed down their website temporarily until the so-called move to the distribution center was completed. I've been shopping with *************** when they were named "****** ********", this not only tells you how old I am, but how long I've been a customer... a loyal customer. Customers are being told they can't cancel their orders and/or they may not receive some of the items they ordered when finally getting their order/s. To treat customers in this manner is totally unacceptable. Offering apologies is unacceptable as well. "I want the merchandise I paid for or my money back ASAP"!

      Im so sorry to see the same scenario that Ive had to experience also. Placed an order June 6 received only a portion of ******** and no tracking number available. I also have called and waited 30 to 45 min and each time the call disconnected. Lets not even count the ********* and emails. The worst part is Ive spent so much over the years and never experienced any thing like this with them before. The quality has also gone down purchased a T shirt so cheap and paper thin.. ridiculous! Shame on you!!!
