      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! THIS NEEDS TO BE A ZERO STAR.1. OFFERING / DISPLAYING ITEMS ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT ARE OBVIOUS UNAVAILABLE.2. BACK ORDERS ARE EXTREMELY HIGH!3. CUSTOMERS' CREDIT CARDS ARE PENDING 4. OBVIOUS VENDER AND DISTRIBUTIONS.5. NO MANAGEMENT IS AVAILABLE I PLACED A ORDER ON 10/14/22. I RECIEVED A TRACKING NUMBER AND ONLY TWO ITEMS FROM MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED. I CAN NOT CANCEL MY ORDER, MANAGMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE, AND DUE TO "THEIR POLICY" I CAN NOT CANCEL MY ORDER. THIS IS JUST HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

      This company went downhill after they closed there stores. On most of my orders they stay in the processing stage for weeks most of the time when you try to ask **************** about it the claim because different warehouses ship the items to make it ship faster this is the reason. I never had my items ship faster because of this reason which seems bogus. Most of the time an item ships and the other item is canceled or they take weeks to cancel it. I will be probably canceling my Credit Card because i don't want to deal with them and in addition to this their clothing quality has greatly gone downhill.

      Zero stars. Tall **** are no longer 36 inseam. Cannot return to a store, there arent any open in the us. Spoke to someone and they told me **** will be deducted from my return.

      ********* ***** should be embarrassed that her name is connected with this miserably run company. When a customer places an order it remains is processing status and never ships. The customer service department should be called the customer abuse department. They will never help you or listen or even try to answer your questions. What a nightmare. A store I shopped in for years has quickly become my most hated online shopping experience. Congratulations! You lost a customer.

      I recently put in an order Oct. 6, 2022. The order status still shows in process. I asked that the order be canceled and refund my money. A supervisor called me and said that they do not have a way to cancel an order.
      The supervisor's name is ******** * explained that they could not cancel my order. This is the worst customer service experience. I will no longer order from New York & Company ever again. Poor customer service.
      Do not order from New York and Company.

      0 stars but will only let me leave one. Cancels ordered item and have had my money on hold for over *********************************************** contact ******. I contacted ****** they said they have to release it. After sending them the screen shots from ****** customer service which instructed how they remove the transaction the very rude customer service representative ***** said he couldnt help and to call customer service. Even though this was supposed to be the follow up to the unresolved calls I made prior. No item, money tied up and no resolve

      Paid my bill of $49.00 in full and receiving bills with late fees plus the $49.00, The check was cashed and still giving me the run around. ************* took over and what a disgrace! Now I have to go to my bank and explain what is going on to get this resolved. I will cancel my card as soon as possible. No wonder why ** and Company went under!

      I highly recommend that you do not order clothes from this online store for several reason.# 1, I ordered a medium size pants. When I tried them on they fit more like an extra large.# 2, the pants were also defective because there was a large gap on the side leg seam where it was not sewn properly.# 3, I ordered a medium size sweater but it fit extremely tight more like a size small.# 4, There a return fee of $6.99 is taken out of the refund. # 5, There was no return form in my package so I had to pay for the shipping.# 6, I called **************** twice to ask them to email a return form but received no customer service. Its as if they didnt care about the harm and inconvenience their services caused me. For your sake and peace of mind do not order from this company.

      I purchased clothing on 7/15/2022. Took well over 3 weeks to receive. I returned my items, still have not received my refund. I have emailed several times with no response. I have called several times, no answer. I did receive an email about an address change, which I received after I returned. This should be 0 stars! Ridiculous!

      I ordered item online and they offered expedited shipping if I paid extra. I paid the extra and and they said I would receive the items by Thursday the 25th. After I did my purchase and paid the extra I received a email saying that items are taking longer to ship. I figured this was on standard shipping. I called and chatted and say that I have standard shipping. When it clearly shows I paid for shipping. Standard shipping is free. I needed this item by this weekend. They wont cancel my order or credit me for the shipping I paid for.
