      Genuinely awful service. There is no option on the website to cancel your subscription. Rather, you are forced to email them, which will be met with an automated response and... nothing else. I have since been charged again for an item I attempted to cancel, but was unable to due to their predatory business practices. I cannot in good conscience recommend signing up for Scentbird in any way shape or form until they have at least added an option to cancel your subscription from within the website.

      Terrible experience. I subscribed to them in early December 2022; didn't get my first samples until mid January (live two states away). Then I tried to cancel the subscription but went ahead and ordered 2 items which only one item shipped. They don't have a phone number. Only an email with automated responses. I screenshot my order to prove what I ordered and still no response after 10 days. I had to call my bank and file a dispute and place a block payment after they tried taking more money for subscription service that they had over a month to cancel. It's now February. Buyers beware! This company will take your money and not respond to your requests

      I've been a subscriber over a year. I've been disappointed with most of the scents I received because they don't seem to match my preferences. But I was still hopeful I would find "the one" so I actually upped my subscription to 2 per month. This month, I received 1 scent and 1 lip balm. When "exotic mango" popped ** ** my suggestions, I thought it would be a light and fresh scent - just what I'm looking for. Turns out it's not a fragrance, but a lip balm. For $15. I never would have purposely purchased some over priced fancy chapstick. I decided to cancel. I followed instructions and the link from their FAQ page to cancel via email from their website. I selected "cancel" in both drop down fields in the form. After submitting, I immediately received an automated email saying that I have to click another link to cancel. When I clicked, I discovered I can't actually cancel, only pause for up to 3 months. This company is shady AF. Not recommended.

      Like the other reviews, I contacted the company multiple times to cancel the subscription. Per their terms to request a cancellation, an email should be sent support at scentbird.com. I emailed them twice. I finally received a response after I sent them a message on Facebook.They acknowledge that I sent a cancellation a request almost a month ago, but say that they sent me a cancellation link and because I didnt use it they billed me again. I never received a cancellation link, but hopefully my membership will be canceled this time.

      DO NOT SIGN UP! ITS A SCAM! I canceled my account months ago. I've emailed several times because they are charging my account $49 and $99 each month on a canceled account and my credit card won't help. I am going to have to close my credit card account to stop them. Tried getting a new number and somehow they got the new number. Scam scam scam!!

      The company is scammy. The actual product is fine. I would subscribe periodically to use a promotion to get a cheap decant, but the process to unsubscribe is atrocious. You have to literally email the company to have the subscription canceled. The kicker? This task is automated through their support system and the email back is a generic link that could have been on the website. The exact same process is required to DELETE your account.

      Customer service with this company is almost nonexistent. *** tracking shows my order was delivered. I never received it. I contacted *** they told me to contact scentbird. I did and I have yet to received a response offering any type of solution. I'm out over $30 and didn't receive any products. Now scentbird isn't responding to my emails.

      This subscription company has been nothing but disappointing. I paid for a 6 month membership in full, outside of a few "upcharges" for a special more expensive scent. They have dropped the ball on my monthly order despite me instigating inquiry into it. For an order charged on November 7, I will likely recieve it December 13th. Despite that I will also be charged December 7th. Which means I will STILL be waiting for my November order when I get billed for my December one. There has been NO urgency or desire to do better business. They have ignored my complaints entirely. They won't speak to anyone on the phone. The perfumes didn't last 30 days. This subscription was a regrettable choice. Buyer beware, I suppose.

      I have tried 3 times to cancel my subscription. They have no phone number to call, only way to cancel is email and they never answer it. Meanwhile they just keep charging your card. I have went with another company and would like for this company to refund my money and stop charging my debit card.

      I used to be a subscriber over a year ago. I got an email ad saying re subscribe to get 50% off. I simply pressed it because I was curious and it opened up a new tab and somehow signed me in and subscribed me and charged my credit card on file instantly. I did not sign up or give consent to charge my credit card. Complete scam company.
