      They don't offer a functioning customer service. No one responds, and damaged products are not refunded for $18 per month. They will continue to to charge AFTER you have requested to not subscribed to their services.

Our Customer Experience Team can be reached anytime via email at *********************************** as well as through our social media platforms such as ******************** and ******** Our policy ****** that we do not offer refunds for products that have already been delivered. However, we are more than happy to send replacements for any items that are damaged, leaked, defective, or missing. I can see that you requested a replacement for your damaged fragrance from May, and we promptly responded and sent you a new fragrance vial on the same day. According to the tracking information, it was delivered on May 31st. Please be assured that we do not charge for canceled subscriptions. If you would like confirmation that your subscription has been canceled, please don't hesitate to email ** or send ** a direct message on social media. Our team is always available to assist you.

      They charged me 70 dollars for 3 items I never authorized or perchesed and they won't give me a refund they won't cancel my subscription and I never received the items they charged me for. I am ****** and they need to be investigated and shut down they are definitely scamers!!

Scentbird operates as a monthly subscription service with a cost of $16.95 per month. All our subscription plans are set to automatically renew as long as you remain an active subscriber. Renewal takes place at the end of each subscription cycle, which is why you have been charged monthly since you initially subscribed in January. Regarding the orders we sent you, our records indicate that they were marked as delivered to the address we have on file for you. It is important for customers to notify us if they encounter any delivery issues or if they fail to receive their package. Without such communication, we are unable to assist in resolving any problems. In the absence of any notification from you regarding missing shipments, we assumed that the delivery was successful and that you were satisfied with the service. On May 22nd, our agent ****** promptly canceled your subscription upon your request.       I've had no problems with Scentbird. I've been a subscriber since 2022 and have received about 50 bottles so far. It's my opinion that they had some growing pains in the beginning, or that the ******** operation is much better than the American operation. I haven't tried to cancel yet, so I might have to submit a bad review in the future, but for now I'm quite happy with the service.

      I was happy in the beginning with my purchase but, that quickly changed. I was a subscriber for three months and the last two months were not good. The second month it took way too long to receive my order but they were sure on top of taking my payment at the right date. The last month I was charged over 28 dollars for a product I never received; mind you this is an 8 dollar subscription. Ive reached out by email because they dont have a phone number. I have not received any follow up email.

      This company is a joke. They are sending fake perfumes when they do send them out. You will never receive about 75% of your order. They have no customer service. you cannot cancel wour account. They charge for things you do not have on your profile and they never respond to emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

      Im a victim of this sleezy company as well.! I cannot get a refund for a product I do not want nor can I get a confirmation that I successfully cancelled this subscription. Im disappointed that this company has stooped so low as to steal folks money for their personal gain. Dummy me for even signing up! Just cancel my subscription and refund my money please.!

      If I could give this company negative stars I would 1 star is far too generous. I would never have signed up if I knew they didn't have a customer service phone number and can only be reached by email. Getting them to respond takes days if they even do get back to you. I requested cancellation of my membership and they still charged me and sent a package and I didn't even choose any scents for the month. Do not sign up for this it is nothing but a headache. They should be penalized for unsavoury business practices there are many people having the same issues with them charging people to for products they never ordered.

      Im a loyal subscriber for about a year now and every month Ive received my Scentbird mostly on time but for the month of march my order has been processing for two weeks now. I cant get a hold of anyone for details. I know it shouldnt take this long. Im concentrating unsubscribing once this is resolved to avoid this happening again in the future.

      Buyer beware. Had an issue where Scentbird collected my $10 premium but swapped it with something not in my queue. I have attempted peaceful resolution through website chat AND ******** messaging but they are ghosting me. Buyer beware. I will continue to do this till they address my concerns and post in other social media avenues. I am not trying to get anything free. Just what I ordered. Only what is fair which there practices are clearly not.
