      They stole my sunglasses. I took off my sunglasses right before entering the garage, put them in the glove compartment. When I got back to the car and before I left the garage, I checked and they were missing. I confronted the thief. The thief name is *******. I called the cops. He denied stealing anything and starts lying saying I dont speak English well even though he spoke very well when I gave him my car at first.

      We park our minivan in their garage from 11/22/23-11/26/23. When we got our van back there was damage to the front. It was obvious that they hit something and tried a **************** to cover it up.

      At around 12:15pm on 2023-09-22 I reserved parking in the afternoon from 3pm to 9:30pm at iPark Location #** - *** *********** using the iPark website. Reservation ************* for $81 inc tax.On arrival, a little after 3pm, I discovered the whole block barricaded off by the ***** due to the ************** General Assembly happening near by.I persuaded the **** to let me walk through so I could check the status of the garage. It was closed.I was forced to park elsewhere.Later in the day I went on their website to try to cancel, and was informed it was too late. So, I used the form to ask for a refund.No response.I wrote to them by email ***************) on 2023-09-28 with another refund request. Again, no response.Today, 2023-09-30 I have filed a dispute via **************** D-******** Not only do I believe 1) I am due a refund, but also 2) an admission that since the street had been blocked off the whole day, my reservation should never have been accepted and 3) an admission that my repeated requests to resolve the matter should have been attended to, promptly.

      On 7/9/23, my sister ****************** passed away from cancer. (Death cert attached) I called and emailed iPark parking garage (*********************************) to inform and provided a death certificate and funeral receipt. They requested a copy of power of attorney which I told them that document is valid only for a living person and my sister was deceased. They want the document anyway. While still grieving, my family and I are tasked with taking care of my sisters affairs following the 7/20/23 funeral. *** was contacted about the delay returning their vehicle. She did not leave a Will, but she trusted me to be her caregiver whilst dying from cancer, and beneficiary to insurance to take care of her affairs. My name is on the certificate of death, I have valid US Passport and *** Drivers License and live in *** in case ********************** needs to contact me. At this time, we need closure. I want to surrender the vehicle to *** so there wont be any recuperation against her estate while they are refusing to give me the vehicle. Please help me

      I closed my account with ipark in Mid-December ****************************************************** charges for services not rendered in excess of $900 currently and customer service representatives continue to harass me weekly by phone.

      I have been a monthly customer at ********************** for almost 2 years parking my electric bike. This week I was verbally informed by an attendant, that by the end of this month, I will no longer be able to park my bicycle due to recent problems with e-bikes. I explained to the attendant that the same way they require customers to give written notice a month in advance in the event the customer wants to cancel, ********************** must do the same. I also explained that I do not leave the battery attached to the bike when I park it, which should not cause an issue while left in the garage. I emailed Ipark several times and did not get a response, so after calling there office and asked to speak to the person who oversees the garage at **** ***** ******* I spoke to a manager who is refusing to give me a written notice advising me I can no longer park my bike at the garage. I am also concerned that they will continue to bill me after I stop using the garage since I was not the one cancelling my account.

      I parked there using the SpotHero app on March 16, 2023. The rental ID with the app was *********** I initially complained via SpotHero and they referred me to the garage and that the matter would be taken serious.I had arrived to the lot on March 16 at approximately 3:45pm and was parking until approximately 10:15pm. I placed my sunglasses in the side compartment of my vehicle prior to entering. I did not need them that night and the following day was overcast. On Saturday when I went to get my sunglasses they were no longer there and the only other individuals that were in my car prior were the folks at iPark.I reached out today March 21, 2023 and the claims manager **** said that he has an honest staff and that he is sorry that I had my sunglasses stolen but there was nothing he can do. I asked if there were cameras or anything to review and he said no.I knew that getting reimbursed was going to be a long shot, but I also expected that a report would be completed and not be called a liar. This is obviously upsetting and disturbing. Things happen in this world, but I went from wanting to be reasonable to being called a liar.

      I've been using the iPark garage at 106 **** for at least 5 years. Although I am not a monthly customer, I am coming here the days as needed, which I park my car at least 3 times per week. I haven't had any issue until Jan 2023.I am a car guy who knows more than average drivers on the road that I know how to fix my car, install car parts, doing regular maintenance, as well as having knowledge in knowing what problem my car has that require my attention shortly. On a Friday before MLK, I parked my car as usual. THERE WAS NO BODY DAMAGE before entering the garage. Unfortunately, when I picked up the car Friday night, I immediately noticed the driver side rocker panel with aftermarket side skirt were severely damaged. The entire side skirt was ripped and the rocker panel was dent inward. I notified the night attendant. However, he said he didn't speak English and kept speaking in Spanish. I was using my phone to translate and asking to talk to the supervisor, and he called and said they acknowledged this incident and asked me to come back next week.I was able to locate the supervisor next week. I told him I was very unhappy with the damage. The estimate repair is close to $1500 from my friend's body shop. He said he would order to review the **** footage. About 2 weeks later, he talked to me and said he reviewed the **** and agreed to proceed the claim paperwork which I filled out and he signed off.As I haven't heard from the claim department since, I kept asking the attendants how I parked in February. Ironically, this garage changed attendants including the supervisor. Another guy he parked my car in the past said he is the new supervisor and would help with my claim.After a week, I received a letter indicating they are not at fault and the damage was pre-existed. This company is ridiculous, wrong, lies, and is irresponsible to customers. I am filing an appeal, collecting my proofs, and escalating the issue appropriately.

      We booked iPark because our reservation at the ****************** Times Square location told us to pre register at the location that is adjacent to their hotel and they validate for a $10 to $15 discount. I pre registered our vehicle for $100 for two nights. Upon arrival, *******, told us that there were not any spots available but if we paid his partner cash they would find us a spot till Sunday. We had our reservation in hand and still he insisted we pay more to get a spot. It was late so we paid and they parked us in the full garage. I complained to ******************* and he is unwilling to do anything. We are not getting our credit for our validation from ********* anything being done regarding extortion from their employee *******. They are thiefs. I will be complaining to Embassy suites as this is a partnership and reflects on the hotel as well.
