Arrived to my car on April 18th at approx 6:25pm and there was water and rust damage to my car. Reported it to the attendant on 4/18 and 4/21 and was informed to contact the *********************** at *************************** and its a land line that no one is answering. Called 311 on 4/22 at 10:55am for structure damage, water, rush, dirt, dust to the underground parking garage. 311-********. There is water and rush damage to my BMWI440 grand coupe and I'm looking for my car to be repaired by Laz Parking. Address: *******************************************************************. He took my information and informed me the third party Lost capture will be in contact within 24 hours. That was April 23rd. I text ***** to follow up and he has yet to respond to my message and his third vendor Lost Capture has yet to reach out or contact me directly, regarding the damages to my car.

After reviewing this case, it seems that a message was sent to the customer from Loss Capture the 3rd party reviewer of the information we sent to the customer in regard to this claim. This correspondence occurred on 4/29/24.
The email sent to the customer (at the email address we were provided when entering the claim) also provides a phone number, and email address that they can be reached at for any further assistance.
Once we submit the claim to a 3rd party future correspondence and questions should be directed directly through them. They can be reached at ************ with reference to claim number ****** as the email indicated. They can also be reached via email at ***************************** which is also indicated on the email that was sent after loss capture conducted their assessment.

We have been trying to pay our bill for the last year and have not been able to log into the account. We have tried to call the number and email the address listed for Laz parking, unfortunately we have been unsuccessful. We called to regional office and we even tried reaching out to other Laz parking locations, and to no avail we have not received a call back or even am email. It was my understanding that ******************* is the accountant for this location and has not responded to any of our email or calls.Please can someone help us, all we want to do is pay for our parking spot and bring our account up to date. I paid for parking and then was given a notice that I was being fined for not paying. I've followed their instructions to contact the email to have this reviewed, sent them all the information they need, and have called several times but they don't respond. Although this person paid for a parking session, they parked in a reserved (permit only) section of the parking lot. The customer has been cited previously for the same infraction. The rate they paid is only for parking in specified daily parking areas. The citation will need to stand, customer can follow signage or speak with our on-site team to assist finding an available parking space in the approved area. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:First of all, the signage is terrible. I followed the signage as best I could. None of it is clear, and the parking lot signage is worn to the point of being unreadable.The parking lot says to pay at the kiosk. I followed signs to the kiosk and paid. The ticket says that I did not need to display the pass.
I had previously received a ticket but also couldn't get clarification for why because no one returned my communication. So it was not "frequent" and not clear to me what the problem was.
Secondly, I followed up on all the contact information I had on my citation including multiple emails and phone calls because the citation says that I will get an increased fee if I didn't pay until 2 days ago. It is unreasonable to give people escalating fees and not contact them back by the deadline.
So no, I do not accept this.

I have a designated parking spot in NYCHA/ LAZ parking in my housing complex in Leahman housing. *** said they needed to move several cars to do some sidewalk repairs that were never done and moved us for about 6 months. i was moved to a lot that was 6 blocks from my place of residence and was told that i could not get my spot back until the work was done. i was told i had to renew for my temp space as my original spot was still not available. now i currently see new cars taking these spots in our original spaces. i have been trying to call and email for 2 1/2 weeks now with no response to my calls or emails. this is frustrating as i have seen people already lose their spots. they don't return calls and now the messaging system just rings once and you can't leave a message. i called and emailed several times and nothing. i just honestly want my original spot back and an updated permit stickerBusiness Response

Ive got an offer in the mail from NYCHA LAZ for a parking spot at ****** gardens lot R1 space 04 on 10/6 . *** accepted and sent a payment of $340 along with my car Registration next day delivery on 10/7. I live at ************************************************. I have emailed and called countless times , reached out to even to the home office in another state . I could not get someone to figure out why I have not received a response or a sticker for my parking. I work for **** at odd hours at Long Island . Time is very precious to me especially handling mail during the peak season I am exhausted coming back to Brooklyn not being able to find any parking . ******** to barely sleeping in the car wasting gas for heat waiting for a spot to open up.I dont know what to do . Its a real hardship for me and its taking a toll on my health. On Saturday September 23 I entered a Laz Parking lot at *** ******, *********** ***** parked my car and proceeded to an unmanned Kiosk and paid a $12 parking fee using my credit card. The Kiosk didn't print out a receipt to place on the car. Feeling leery about the situation I checked with my credit card issuer to make sure the transaction went through. Once I got the confirmation, I left the parking lot and went to a nearby restaurant. A week later on September 30, I received a letter (attached) from Parking **************** Services demanding $92 for an unpaid parking ticket. I sent them a letter (copy attached) disputing the charge and sent them a copy of the credit card payment. On November 18, I received a letter from attorney ************************* attached) asking for a payment of $92 for this debt. I believe this is scam and shakedown for money. On 10/01/2023 I parked in a LAZ Parking lot at **************************************************** as a tourist seeking to view the flight of the * Congress Bridge Bats. There is no signage on the lot stating the cost of parking or any timeframe. I scanned the ** Code on the sign and completed payment of $15.55. The site verified payment and listed no timeframe. I received an emailed receipt but did not believe I needed to *******. Had I read all the way to the end of the receipt I would have seen that it listed a 2-hour time limit (FOR $15.55!) Fine, but I had no clue and there was no visible signage listing payment for 2 hours. The bats ran late and then there was traffic leaving the area and I did not get out of the parking lot until 30 minutes past the allotted time. I then received a Parking Notice from Parking **************** *ervices for $92 or my vehicle would be booted. I appealed the notice in writing to LPR Appeals offering to pay an additional fee for the overage, even another $15.55. They offered a "deal" good for 14 days to pay $72 instead of $92. This is still extortive and deserves to be addressed. Tourism in ****** suffers at these practices as I will not return and live only 4 hours awayInitial Complaint

Laz Parking sent me a letter dated 8/23/2023 offering me a parking spot available located at ******* Houses NYCHA parking lot. The letter stated If they did not recieve a response within 10 business days I would be removed from the waiting list. I received this letter 8/26/2023 and I filled out the application indicating I wanted the spot and included a money order for the amount stated along with a copy of my vehicle registration and sent the letter back **** certified on 8/29/2023 so I'd know when they received it. **** indicated my letter had been delivered on 8/31/2023. Never heard anything from Laz so called their listed number at ************** to make sure my application was received and to let them know i wanted this space ASAP in case they did not recieve my application yet . Made numerous calls to this number and left messages and not once did anyone answer the phone. After contacting them through their website Contact form , I recieved an email response from a Laz representative stating my application was never received and to check back later. Over the next 2 weeks ,numerous emails and phone calls later , the only responses ive been given is my letter was not recieved and to check back later. i asked by email was it possible to speak to a representative on the phone or is there a different number or specific time to call to speak with someone. I got no response to the email but 1 day later I receive a call from a random number. Missed the call but tried to call back a minute later and got nothing. ****** left no voicemail and number is unable to be called back. 1 minute later I receive an email from Laz stating they called me but I was unable to be reached. I immediately respond to the email asking them to call me back because the number they called from cant be called back and no one answers their listed number. I recieved no response. Now I am out the money i sent them and I still don't have this spot I have been on a waiting list for YEARS for.Business Response

LAZ Parking has communicated with me but they haven't followed through with a viable solution on their end. It's been over a month , they promised to email me a temporary parking permit which they still have not and they still haven't sent me the actual permanent sticker permit in the mail so I have no proof whatsoever that I'm supposed to be parking in that lot. As soon as they issue me a permit I will gladly notify all parties that this issue has been resolved but until them I'm not satisfied with the outcome.
