      I use Quickbooks that in return uses Melio for Bill **** This is absolutely the worst service and because of that brings down Quickbooks as well. I paid a bill through Quickbooks and paid $30 extra for the funds to be paid the following day. I didn't get an email until 4 days later requesting further information for the payment. When I tried to get more information from Quickbooks, they just provided me with a Melio phone number that doesn't work. It just tells you to log in to Melio with your account and then you can chat with someone. I didn't have a Melio account, so I emailed them. It took 48 hours for them to email me back that they didn't offer customer support over the phone and they didn't even answer my first questions about the status of my payment. I had to email them back again for the status and still have not heard back. If you are a company that handles peoples money, you absolutely MUST offer 24 hours customer service and payment support.Do not consider using them for personal or business use! You will lose your customers. I am even considering leaving Quickbooks due to their affiliation with Melio.Awful experience!

      Horrible company to deal with. No live agent to speak with. I have a critical issues with a pending payment and no one gets back to me. Online chat is worthless and their compliance department ignores all emails, which is the only other avenue of communication besides online chat. Shame on quickbooks for using such a sham third party company to handle ACH payments. QB put me in a terrible situation and also offers absolutely no help.

      I find it odd that Melio protects its own internal private documentation but will actually stop payment processing until you give up yours!!!... I am so glad I caught this early because I had intended to move over **** business partners to this payment processor.. Total disrespect of others private property sounds like another ***** / blackrock company looking to pillage wherever they can.

      They denied my transactions because they said they felt my company was not legit. I contacted support and they told me they can't disclose the reason for the denial, just that something was off. They did not communicate ANY requests for additional info and I had to contact support to find any of this out. I sent over every piece of documentation imaginable and they said that doesn't help, your account will remain disabled. Apparently, this happens with them frequently. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

      Told them I wanted to be paid via ACH transfer, but they have issued a one-time use credit card and are refusing to do the **** Their customer service refuses to respond to multiple emails from both myself and my customer. My contact is *************************, my customer has been in contact with ****** via chat. So while my customer has paid via **********************, their account is still past due because Melio is holding their payment. I will be informing all my customers that we will not accept payments through them anymore.

      Absolutely the worst payment processing system I have ever experienced. I keep getting emails that payment is coming from a vendor who has chosen to use Melio (not my choice) and to "click here" to get paid instantly for a fee. I click on the instant payment link and it says it is the offer has expired and to wait for the funds coming in 4 business days. This is the third time I patiently wait and no funds arrive. In the email to me, below the instant pay link, is written "Offer expires once payment has been delivered to your bank" but of course no payment has been delivered to my bank yet, I am still waiting. **************** is unable to tell me what is wrong, zero support. I have had nothing but trouble with this service since giving it a try over a year ago.

      Hi Come, thank you for sharing this feedback and we apologize for the confusion with our Get Paid Instantly feature. The Get Paid Instantly feature is a courtesy option for eligible payments. If the link is inactive or expired, it indicates that the system has determined the payment won't be received instantly. Based on our records, our support team previously explained that the payment couldnt be processed initially due to an issue on your payors end. Due to privacy and security reasons, we cannot share details regarding the issue. We have updated the delivery ETA, and you can expect the payment to be delivered by 7/13.  If you need further assistance or have any additional concerns, our support team can always be reached via live chat, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM EST.

      An agent at Melio patiently addressed a couple issues I was having (delayed payments, reissuing failed payments, vendor confirmations not received). The agent was very helpful and responsive, but when I was asked to give a review here at BBB, I was quite shocked so see some of the bad reviews, indicating not just poor customer service, but actually accusing ********************** of running a scam... people losing money, etc.I had complete confidence in Melio when I signed up since it was the only option offered by QuickBooks Desktop. But now I am very concerned about Melio's reputation and will be researching if QBs will stand behind any wrong doing done by Melio. Melio, why have you had such trouble getting it right and is that trouble behind you now?

      Melio Payments keeps sending me fake emails that say that my employer is sending me over $1000, but I checked, and no one at our small company is sending money using Melio to our employees.Do not get involved with this scam.

      This app was recommended by Quickbooks for payment processing. The product on the surface seems to run well but it creates havoc in the background in our QB file. Melio creates entries without prompting and will debit funds from our checking account within QB. (Luckily it doesn't actually take it out of our actual checking account.) Quickbooks' customer service doesn't know how to reach them. There is no phone number. The only way to contact them is by logging into their site but when I tried to log in I got a message that I didn't have an account. I finally got a conversation started on email with them but their customer support were just clueless. The last exchange was with someone, who after reading my email (which said specifically that the monies were not deducted from our actual checking account) suggested that I contact our vendors and ask them to send the money back. And then closed the ticket. I opened another one which rather than responding was automatically closed again. I would not suggest that any business use Melio as their customer support is not trained and clearly do not realize that they are handling other peoples' money and should take problems seriously.
