Horrible experience they make excuses and blame the bank when in fact it is their fault for not sending out payments this company should be investigated for fraud taking money out of someones check and saying they will send your money and it never comes! I don't want to leave a single star for this company. They should not be in business. My employer sent my pay and they held it for 6 days. They offered to get it to me 48 hours faster if I paid an additional fee on top of the fee my employer already paid. This is ABSURD!! It is 2024. EFT's are instant or almost instant. There is absolutely no reason to hold money for that length of time, aside from trying to double dip. It's sad that I would be able to access my funds more quickly if I go back to paper checks. When you call for customer service, you are given a message to contact them online and hung up on. Their customer service is unhelpful and excuses any issues asking for patience. You can see by their response to other reviews on here that this is when they try to address concerns. Concerns should be addressed way before someone is leaving a bad review. Terrible company. if I could give them negative stars, I would. I sent a $22,000 payment to a vendor HOURS ago; paid 2.9% AND $50.00 to send it in MINUTES! I have the funds! This has happened more than once ******* TMelio Payments Inc.

Stay away. They are not responsive and misleading.We are a new business and have a few clients that need to pay us. We opened an account with ********************** and a couple days later they sent us an email saying that we violated their acceptable use terms and shut down our account. We reviewed the Term of use again and didn't find anything that would be considered a violation on our part. At that time, we responded back to the email provided (their compliance team) and asked them to point us to the issue so we can fix it and move forward. Never got a response.A few days later we reached out to their support team - same result - never got a response.I would not trust the company who treat their clients like this with my money.So, I suggest you stay away from Melio. There are other companies who play in the same space and are much easier to work with.Melio Payments Inc.

I was referred to Melio by QuickBooks. I tried to set up an appointment but it was cancelled. Melio is only interested in accounting firms with multiple clients. They refused to provide a demo for our company - the largest PR firm in SW *******. From the reviews below, sounds like a good thing they won't help us.************Melio Payments Inc.

where is my money.? Todays is Friday. they should be oh Friday. You wrote that they will be only on Monday. Why so long my salary comes to me? Melio was forced on me by quickbooks. It adds time and steps to my book keeping and payment processing not to mention daily frustration.It took away functionality from Quickbooks. I can no longer use bill pay service through my bank which had previously been integrated into Quickbooks. There is a 10 day float on my money when they write a paper check and a processing charge. So I have to write my own checks again like it's 1995 in order to make Quickbooks as functional as possible.They've cancelled ACH payments to vendors who have previously received payments but it's impossible to talk to a real person to find out why and resolve the issue. There is a recording on the phone number listed here. It directs you to their chat bot or email so it's useless.Read their responses to other reviews here. They don't listen or care about the problems they cause.Do not use Melio, you'll regret it.Melio Payments Inc.

Never use this service! If i would have only come here before engaging with this company I would not be writing this review and would have saved me many days of headaches and hassle. Please I implore you spend your money somewhere else. Poor beyond poor customer service. Their 24 hr response turns into 72hrs. Every time they do respond it is vague and unhelpful. It's almost like they do not want customers. Please help me understand why such poor customer service, and low quality of customer care when people want to use your service you may as well go out of business, and save your self and others from yours. I was not even 12 hours on the platform and my account was suspended. When I tried to pay my contractors I inquired about what I can do to set up my account properly and finally after three days of calling, chatting and emailing I was told that there was nothing further than I could do, and that their decision would remain in affect. Which is fine better sooner than later. I still do not know the slightest idea what the issue is, even after reading their full terms and service.Melio Payments Inc.

Melio payments tech-support is absolutely abysmal. They dont listen, theres no ability to have a phone call or an online session. They dont provide solutions - their software crashes QuickBooks when it encounters some sort of error during a payment session. it renders your accounting software useless, and they dont care.. They give you the runaround they dont actually provide a solution. Theyre not working on the problem and theyve caused a lot of wasted time and money. If you have a choice do not use Melio all theyve done is give you the runaround. If only they could provide a phone call and online session or some sort of tech-support so we can show them how their software destroys the accounting software of QuickBooks. Maybe wed get somewhere but theyre not interested in that.Melio Payments Inc.
