      Melio provides horrendous service. They hold onto payments received from customers, they sometimes say for an extra 1% fee you can receive your money faster, but then they still hold the money. Sometimes I am sent. Link to choose to receive money faster, only to click on it and have it say, the link is expired or is no longer available. They take money that my customers send to pay my invoice, and then they hold that money for up to 10days with no explanation. It is unbelievable that they are getting away with this. And customer service is useless.

      Regarding the instant payment option and the 1% fee, the availability of this option depends on the eligibility of each payment, which is why you may see it for certain payments and not others. If a payment is eligible for an instant transfer, the eligibility will last until the estimated delivery day of your payment. For example, ACH to ACH payments typically take 3 business days to deliver, so the instant payment offer will only be available for the first 2 business days, not the 3rd day.

      Our payment processing times vary based on the delivery method, whether it's a check, ACH deposit, or international payment. However, the 10-day delivery time you mentioned does not align with our normal delivery times.       I AM IN DEEP NEED OF HELP! MY MELIO ACCOUNT WAS DEACTIVATED IN THE MIDDLE OF CONTRACTOR PAYMENTS. MY COMPANY'S INTEGRITY IS BEING QUESTIONED BY ANGRY CONTRACTORS. I CONTACTED THE COMPLIANCE TEAM 3 TIMES AND NO RESPONSE. I NEED A RESOLUTION, I DO LOVE THE SERVICE UNTIL IT MESSED WITH MY PAYROLL. AND THAT IS PEOPLE'S MONEY I DONT PLAY WITH. PLEASE HELP ME RECTIFY THIS. MY COMPANY IS LEGIT AND FULLY RESGISTERED. LEGACY MEDIA AV BASED OUT OF *******. SOMEONE CONTACT ME.

      I used this company for a short time to pay my contractors. On two occasions I paid extra for expedited payments and the payments were still delivered in 5 business days not 2. When I reached out to customer service I did not receive a response. The time they quote to deliver payments is not accurate. I decided to stop using them and find a company that is responsive.

      Don't waste your time with this company. They don't know what they're doing. I sent a business-to-business payment (one registered corporation to another), and they denied it because they claimed it was not a business-to-business payment. They leave you scratching your head!

      A vendor tried to pay me via Melio. The money never came. I've been going back and forth for weeks trying to resolve this issue, and I keep getting the runaround. This is not an insignificant amount of money either. I will never recommend or use Melio again and will publicly from stage tell people to stay away from Melio as well.

      The company that represents me as a contractor uses Melio to occasionally pay out. I don't work frequently and have had few payments. The last one was a large payment and I was excited when I saw the email. In the email is a very noticeable "Get Paid Now" button which I apparently in error thought I had to click for the payment to start processing. I clicked it and then the next day, when excitedly showing my husband the payment, I saw the smaller print that said that just speeds up the payment and comes with a charge of 1%. Had I not pushed the "Get Paid Now" button, the funds would have come a whole 2 days later. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF SAID BUTTON OTHER THAN TO MISLEAD THOSE WHO DON'T SEE THE MUCH SMALLER PRINT?? When I tried to stop the payment less than 12 hours later, they of course told me that was not possible and the 1% would not be refunded, even partially. It always amazes me when things can happen so easily with a push of a button, but are so challenging to stop or repair. I sincerely believe this is a deceptive business practice and they are hoping everyone will s**** up so they can acquire the hard earned money of people using their service. I recommend (since they supposedly "care") changing the button to say "To Get Paid More Quickly" or just including a section that says if you want to get paid sooner, click here for info. This is so ridiculous. There's no way I would pay them $54 to get a payment 2 days earlier. Also, when this happened, it was on a weekend where they are unavailable to respond or help. This does not reflect an interest in any customer or service, only serving their bottom line. I am VERY disappointed and it has marred what was an exciting day for me. If I can opt out of using them with the company that represents me, I will do so.

By clicking "Get paid instantly," you're opting into this fee. Furthermore, you're prompted to confirm this again before the transaction is expedited, requiring an additional click to proceed with receiving the funds this way.

      Horrendus customer service. There is only chat or email available. I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Two of my former clients had my information listed as a Bookkeeper on their QB Online accounts. When a new vendor (not a client) sent a link to pay a bill via Melio, it indicated I already had an account. Long story short, both QB Online clients were merged into one Melio account with my email unable to be removed. I am unable to pay any vendors through Melio even as a guest.Do not use this service.

      Terrible! I set up an account to take ACH ********************** for my company. The system was supposed to be generate a unique *** where I could send clients to pay their invoices. The *** never worked. I went to customer service and got some zendesk person who knew nothing. They took my info. and said someone would get back to me to fix the problem within 24 hours. Nothing! No call, no email, no in-app messages. I can't believe this is a real business. Scary that they now have my business bank account info.

      The worst customer service of any company I have ever seen. They just completely ignore multiple emails after they disable your account or cancel ********************** for no coherent reason. They do absolutely no due diligence and the just claim you violated their terms of service with legitimate transactions. By far the worst company in this industry. Im shocked companies like *********** even associate with them. They apparently brought their ******* level of customer service to *******. Avoid.
