I have been working with MELIO for year and all of the sudden they close my account down due to "cash advance" They have falsely accused me and I will be filing legal action against MELIO. Their service is horrendous. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. Their live chat is people who have no idea what they're saying and just refer you to email "compliance".DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. WARNING.I now have late bills to vendors because I looked at them as a truth worthy vendor. I will update you about the case and will prove they have wrongfully accused me and caused damage to my business and relationships.Melio Payments Inc.

As part of our regulations, we are required to thoroughly vet each account that uses ********************** services to ensure that they are a small business and that their payment criteria is within the agreements we have with our processing partners.
Unfortunately, we were unable to verify that ******** Leather Incs account and activity fall under our criteria. As such, the account has been deactivated and any pending transactions have been canceled.

I am an investigator working with a company that uses *****. A major fraud/embezzlement has occurred and ***** is impossible to contact. I have sent numerous emails, initiated chat requests, reached out to employees on LinkedIn and I have not received ANY responses. This is absolutely horrible customer service. The business I work for is out a significant amount of money and ***** is doing nothing to support the victim.Melio Payments Inc.

I have been trying since January 11th to get one of our companies removed from Melio because it is no longer supported by Quickbooks. Therefore, I can no longer pay bills with Melio. I've tried to reach out via phone and website. Funny when you call the phone number in the account, it refers you to the website and hangs up. You don't get a reply from the website. It also says to click the chat button in your account, but I've disconnected my account in an attempt to solve this problem and it is still connected even though it doesn't show it is. I have LITERALLY spent about 12 hours on the phone with Quickbooks trying to get this disconnected because I can't get through to Melio and they can't help either. Now that I go to the BBB website, I see there is at least a different phone number that actually says they are there from 9-8 Eastern, but closed today!! SHOCKING - another avenue of communication that doesn't work! There is absolutely no resolution - I've never been so frustrated with a company.Melio Payments Inc.

I have been using the service and every time I used their service I paid fees. If I have a question they should answer my question instead cut off my conversation. I had a question so I contacted the help desk today. ********* was not helpful at all. I was mistreated today and I was very disappointed. English is not my first language so it took me awhile to finish my typing. ********* did not wait for me to finish my point instead she abruptly and ****** ended the conversation. I was looking to solve my question. The customer support should be nice. This is 2nd time I used the support but the first time I was treated poorly. This time I was not done asking my questions when the customer service agent ended our session. It seemed like she was frustrated with my pace, but as I said, English is my second language. Her impatience felt like discrimination. She did not treat me right. I was trying to figure out a problem and customer support is who should be there to help. ********* sent a final message about reviewing the account then ended the conversation before I could respond. Being hung up on just feels bad. Every other customer service person asks if there is anything else that they can help with for a reason. ********* needs additional training because something didnt take.Melio Payments Inc.

1 starI am extremely disappointed in Melio's customer service and their app in general. One of my clients paid via Melio via Quickbooks. We got several notifications from Quickbooks that our money was on the way. After a month our invoice reverts back to unpaid status. Quickbooks determined it was a Melio issue and the vendor had to reach out to get a refund or resubmit payment.We learned that Melio never contacted the vendor to let them know there was an issue, or even flagged the transaction that there was something wrong. Melio just took the money and sent us nothing. From the vendors perspective they had paid us. Long story short they had to wait over a week for a response from Melio who said it was caused by them not being able to identify the ach info from Quickbooks for our business which they should have known from the beginning. I decided to make it easy and sign up for a Melio account and setup ACH myself so at the very least Melio would have our ACH info. With that said during the setup process Quickbooks refuses to sync with Melio, things look fine on Quickbooks but Melio says there's an issue. So I look at Melios website to contact support. The "live chat" feature plastered all over their website doesn't work, it's just a bot that sends irrelevant support articles no matter what you say even in the time window they say live support available. I decide to submit a support ticket and had to wait 2 days to get a response from someone who completely ignored the Quickbooks issue and commented on some other context that wasn't my primary problem. Now we have to wait who knows how many days again before getting another response. Keep in mind we STILL haven't been paid! I honestly couldn't be more disappointed, and dissatisfied with the customer service of an organization whose affiliated with Quickbooks. This is unprofessional and unreasonable and looking at other reviews here, its clear that Melio doesn't deserve to stay in business any longer.Review fromLyasia L

The compliance department still hasnt replied after receiving our EIN document, along with additional verification documents days ago. Ive followed up with every department, as well as customer service, but to no avail. *** even reached out via Instagram, and someone replied and asked for my account information and transaction confirmation, but never replied after that. However, they took the time to remove our comments from their photos, so people wont see how poorly they handle their customers and the overall terrible user experience. Theres no reason to hold our funds any longer! They need to release our funds immediately, as we need it for business operations, as well as to pay bills thats now past due because of Melios delay on releasing our funds that have been in their possession for days. Looking at most peoples experience with Melio, Im highly upset with myself for not doing my homework about their platform just a little more thoroughly before having our client make the payment through their platform.Melio Payments Inc.

1 starMelio sent us two checks, $150 each, one using Quickbooks name, and the second from Melio. Both checks referenced my client but with the wrong zipcode and the email they provide doesn't work. 1 starAwful. Such c*** I have used QB direct pay for 2 1/2 years and never had a problem. Now I get random notifications saying my payments can't go through and NO explanation! They won't get back to me. They won't tell me why my vendors aren't getting paid. Then, when I try calling Quickbooks for help, I get people out of ***** that understand a dang thing. Because of Melio's Awful customer service, I am losing relationships with my vendors. I have waisted so much time and money with no solution. I will soon be leaving Melio to use a different service. 1 starVERY disappointed. What is a convenience by QB, is anything but! There is absolutely no way to reach them for support, and putting in a ticket results in no response. They have a 'live chat' option which is supposed to have hours 9am-8pm yet each time I check there it says no one is available and to just use the support website page to find the answer. UGH
