      This company is a scam. They charged me a 250 yearly deductible 3 times for my claims. I called and had the last one removed. Now they did the same thing again. This was for the same claim. No one answers the phone. They send a message to your phone saying the claim was closed. They have continually charged a larger premium every year. The plan had been under PetPlan which was reliable. I had another cat on this policy and when I tried to put in a claim for coverage they denied it saying it was prior to the waiting period. This company is a scam and should not be able to do business.

      I saved my points to reach 59,000 I was told that there was a bed bath beyond open in Milton Florida so I go to Fetch and redeem 56,000 points for an 50.00 for beds bath and beyond. Soon after that I learn there isn’t one in Milton in fact I learned they’re all closed. When I contacted Fetch they refereed me to bed bath and beyond. We I spoke to them they said there are no stores open any more to contact Fetch so I contact Fetch they replied again telling me to contact bed Bath and beyond I wrote him back you want me to contact them again when they told me already to contact you. Why does Fetch have a in store gift card option for bed bath & beyond when they know bed bath and beyond is closed for business Fetch says I can’t use my gift card and they can’t give me my points back. Wow

      Worst Insurance company for pets, ever! Beware of using their services. They will steal your money and find lots of excuses to pay you back for actual claims.

      This company should be shut down.

      Fetch cancelled my dogs policy after I submitted a claim for her and then denied the claim because she didnt have coverage. They claimed a time lapse in the system. I never missed payments and i didnt authorize cancellation. DONT GET FETCH.

      i talked to heather on the phone about canceling my pet insurance and she was patient and transparent in explaining its benefits and teaching me more about what insurance does. I ultimately decided to keep my insurance and i'm happy to do so.

      They do everything in their power to make it as difficult as possible to exit a membership with them. This makes sense but as they make it inaccessible to do it by yourself without the input of one of their customer service representatives (who try to persuade you to continue of course) it is scummy and bad-mannered.

      Thinking of buying Pet Medical Ins from “Fetch” all I can say is buyer beware!
      Submitted 7 claims totaling $1859.92
      Refunded 2 claims totaling $104.90
      Great time lapses between communications. The last claim submitted on 9/19/23 resolved 11/28/23 Over two months.
      Extremely difficult to actually talk to a real agent.
      They use artificial intelligent chat boxes to be their relay between Fetch and you, and when that doesn’t resolve your issue then they finally put you through to a supposed real agent chat box, who then asks you the very same questions that the bot did.
      Always wanting more documentation, it’s like they are just looking for some way not to have to make a payout.
      But on the other hand they have no problem taking your premiums every month.
      Seems like a pretty good business model “take in more than you payout,
      I would not recommend this company to anyone.
      I have just been waiting for this last claim to be resolved and needless to say I’ll be dropping them.

      Scam, took my points and declined the gift card I submitted my points for. No explanation & no real way to contact them. I once touted this app but it's a rip off

      After canceling my dog's policy due to Fetch not paying out, I received an email to reinstate my dog's policy and decided to move forward since she started having knee issues. The email stated that there would be no waiting period or new pre-existing conditions and all I had to do was call the number listed. When trying to call the number, the prompts did not state anything about reinstating so I waited on hold to talk to someone. And waited. And waited....until I gave up finally and went online, not realizing that this would start a NEW policy vs. reinstating the old policy.

      Fast forward and my dog needed surgery on her left knee. After waiting 6 weeks (even though they state that it should only take 15 business days) I was denied for it being a preexisting condition. I told them about the email that prompted me to sign back up and they have permanently denied the claim since I did not "reinstate" it even though they admit that it's the same dog, same insurance company, etc. and that it was impossible to get someone on the phone to follow their vague instructions.

      During the claims process, they also delayed constantly for different pieces of evidence, but never reached out to me to ask for the evidence; instead I would have to call and find out what the hold up was week after week.

      Absolutely unethical company that should be shut down.
