      Customer service is horrible.
      Our 4 month old puppy was playing with our other puppy, playing tag she had toy running she ended up running into brick she received a Y fracture in her elbow requiring a plate and pin
      She needed emergency surgery next day.
      fetch denied claim did not pay anything.
      This was not any kind of sickness pure accident.

      I thought I was prepared unfortunately I picked the wrong pet insurance company fetch did not care it was an accident.

      Fraud! Such lies..they take your money faithfully each month but when you submit a claim the bog you down with unnecessary paperwork and look for reasons not to pay! Worst claim department and customer service I’ve ever dealt with! I’m a cancer survivor and dealt with real medical issues and claims but this was beyond belief! Fraud fraud is all I can say! I’m seeking a full refund for all the time and money they stole from me! BUYER Be very aware!! Do your research!!!!!

      SCAM ZERO STARS!
      First off I didn't even know I had this policy. No clue how I was signed up for it! Apparently, premiums were taken from my credit card for years, and had no Idea. I only found this once I had placed a lock on my credit card and removed it after a few months then had hundreds of dollars hit my card! They make it extremely difficult to speak to a live agent. The hold time is incredibly long. There is no way to cancel service on the website so you are forced to wait forever on hold.
      Once I finally was able to speak to someone and told her how I had been paying thousands over the last few years for a service I knew nothing about she convinced me to give it a try since I already paid so much on the policy and submit a claim, they would do a full medical review from the start of the policy ( 2021) so my dog's skin condition wouldn't be considered a preexisting condition and claims would be covered. I stupidly agreed to the full medical review which took over a month and another premium payment just to have the one and only claim I have ever submitted be denied for " preexisting conditions" They lied to me to get more money! Then had to spend more time trying to get ahold of someone to cancel. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMY COMPANY!! You're far better off putting what you would pay in premiums into a pet savings account to have just in case.

      Fetch pet insurance is a scam. Stay far away from them. Always need more info to deny your claim. Waste of money. Class action lawsuit against this scam of a company. This company doesn't deserve 1 star rating. It should be minus stars.

      I've been trying to cancel my membership for 4 days now and ALL the E-Mails come back as Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

      I'm sorry I ever clicked on this website.'

      I'm still trying to find a proper e-mail address or a phone number IN ONTARIO to call to get this thing cancelled.

      Agree with many before me.
      I don’t see how they can achieve an “A” rating with so many bad reviews.
      I have paid in over several years. Now at 7 years old my dog’s health is failing and the excuses and delay tactics are coming out.
      They do not want to pay and decisions were made with the thinking that we had insurance to help with the cost.

      I signed up for insurance using the monthly payments. There was a problem with the credit card the 2nd month, and I updated it. In the meantime, someone reviewed my account and called to see if that particular coverage was what I wanted. She must have changed something on my account so that when I updated my credit card, it charged me almost $900, the entire premium! It wiped out my account (of course, it was a Friday afternoon.) I called and told them they needed to rectify the situation immediately. They admitted that they could see that I signed up for monthly payments. It is now Monday afternoon, and I am still without my funds, and they keep saying they sent the refund. - They haven't completed the refund. I have spoken with my bank twice. Fetch responds to me like a broken record and won't listen to the details I have about the situation. This is not the best way to begin a relationship. I asked to speak to my agent to see if I could get some compensation and was told no, but they would have her call me. I'm not holding my breath.

      Dog insurance. Initial annual premium 11/2019 was $353.74, renewal premium for 11/2013 is $1,487.05. 420% increase in 4 years. My dog has Valley Fever caused liquid sack on heart, surgery removed pericardium (02/2021). Eight months later diagnosed with heart cancer. In 2021 Fetch paid $15,000. So far in nine months of 2022 Fetch paid $6,100.
      Twice in 2021 Fetch claimed they had not received claims for over $5,000. Both claims had been submitted via Priority Mail with tracking.
      The latest policy premium is over 50% increase from previous year.
      They feel free to raise the premium because they know with his now pre-existing health conditions no other insurance company will provide health coverage.

      Misleading insurance - don't recommend! Unfortunately I had thought I found a great pet insurance provider with Fetch. I have been using Fetch for 3 years with our Dog. I had the highest of the insurance plans with unlimited coverage, low deductible and high reimbursement rate. I accepted Fetch's increased yearly renewal fee as I wanted to best coverage for our dog. This year when my plan was renewed they automatically dropped me into their low-end insurance plan saying we used our insurance to a level where they paid for insurance claims higher than our monthly amount so we were automatically reduced into a low-end offering and nothing we could do about it. This is completely upsetting - after all, isn't insurance supposed to be used? After speaking with 2 Fetch representatives (manager) they called attention to fine print somewhere which is their loophole to doing this unfortunate action. Fetch will penalize you for actually using their insurance. I don't recommend moving forward with choosing Fetch as your animal insurance coverage- if you ultimately end up using your insurance you will get penalized.

      As a high advocate for dogs and as someone who is very involved in national dog groups and leading my own chapter, I will be letting all my alliances and members know this is not the insurance to choose if they want best in class support. This is very unfortunate as I wanted to very much like Fetch and had a few good experiences with them, but was proved very wrong.
