Received a letter from ************** in April denying request for automobile insurance, which I did not apply for! Contacted LM and they stated information received was from Lexisnexis and I would need to contact them. I have made numerous attempts to obtain my report from Lexisnexis. Called 6 times, emailed 5 times, even went to ***************** in person. They would not let me in and called security on me! Each time I contact them they say they will mail my report in 5 to 7 days. I have received 7 of their form letters, each with a different consumer and case numbers telling me to go online to print my file. Their website does NOT work!!! There is no way to access my information online! Im afraid there is fraud but have no way to dispute since I cant get the information they have on file! I just get the run around! I have tried to contact ******* Min, Executive in ********** according to the website, but no one knows who he is when I call. Nor did they seem to know him when I visited the *****************. This place needs to be put out of business! They ask for all your personal information (name, address, drivers license number, state of issue, social security number) before they will talk to you. Makes you wonder if their employees arent being paid to sell personal information! I need my record they have on file!

This company is a scam. It reported I had 2 at fault accidents which I never had any. My car insurance increased $400 a month due to this false information. The company then request all your personal information to dispute.

I just called to get an Allstate quote and it was declined because these people show I had 2 accidents with my car in 2002 and 2003 which is an out an out lie. I have had no accidents ever with my car and in resent the fact that I had to give them all my information to even get them to send me their report to dispute it. I think is fraudulent and possibly a scam.

I ran into a problem trying to get car insurance from ******** for my wife and me. LexisNexis incorrectly reported my wife's driving record information to Lemonade, causing my quote to be significantly higher than normal. I tried to resolve the issue directly with ******** but had no success. I even paid for an official copy of my wifes driving record from the Texas DMV and sent it over. ********'s response was that I need to handle the issue with LexisNexis myself. It seems like there is some shady business going on between these two companies.

Somehow they come up on a report denying me approval for an account or loan I never applied for or heard of (NetCredit, using real sketchy banks? LexisNexis is the contact for more information regarding whatever this is. Needless to say I won't call them until I've spoken to one of their officers in regard to something I'll make up as I go.I'm a former collections/security specialist for a major credit card company. I've never heard of them, seen them on a CBR, etc. so my first thought was fraud. I look them up and 20 seconds later I'm here. At best, predator loan. At worst, fraudulent schemes. If they actually cost anybody money or a denial that's not minimal, my suggestion is to call the cops and get a report filed. I'm going to start skip tracing them tomorrow (since I'm unlikely to get ahold of any of the company officers listed below at those phone numbers) and will update what I find here. I really hate predatory scum, especially financial and since I'm retired now I've got nothing but time.

I called this company to report a completely erroneous misspelled name that is being circulated on multiple insurance marketing mailings. After wasting an hour trying to reach a human being, and then being required to provide my own correct profile information, they were unable to even comprehend that there is no phone number or way of authenticating this erroneous information! These people are complete idiots, and the information that they are sharing is incorrect and worthless. They really tried to get my social security number. This organization should be shut down by the ****

Ordered my car tracking/credit report. Get a web link and pin. Doesn't even come close to working. Great org. Glad you're the data keepers that can't even send a proper requested link. I see too that this Decades Old Legal Resource is now in consumer "business". Despite that, not worthy of being in the BBB. What a joke. Ask them to STOP collecting You're own personal data. That is, once they send a proper link to access your very own account. Boo Hiss **********************.
