      @mutualofamerica Absolutely horrible customer service and I have suffered major losses for the last 3 years. 18% loss 2020, 15% loss 2021, 5% loss 2022. Our nonprofit made investments with this company and it has been unbelievable. Six weeks ago, I went to withdraw and move my money and no one ever seems to be able to give a straight answer. Or they just lie. Told last Wednesday to receive funds on Monday after 5 weeks of forms, calling to adding my email, calling some more. To **** day my phone number has stl not been updated. Every single person I've spoke to is either grossly incompetent or they have no idea how to read. I have had to call EVERY SINGLE WEEK and have been told everything under the sun only for them to have mailed a check after having me run around to the bank. No supervisor ever calls back, participant services is a joke and there is no accountability. I am very glad to be RUNNING away from this company to something better. Thanks but no thanks. #mutualofamerica

      It has been the most frustrating process with trying to withdraw money. I have been bounce from representative to representative and each telling me a different thing over another one. They need better service, better ways to access your money that you deposit, and stop making the process so complicated. I will never use them again for a 403B plan.

      Same as others! On the line for 41 min and then I called a different number and they changed my address. 03/22/23 I called back today and they said they just mailed it out yesterday 04/03/23.When I call the number it ask for my full social security number? I ask about the change of address and I told them I can not get on my online account! They transferred me to specialist and then said I will have a tech call you back! I think there is something fishy about this company? Maybe hacked? Please check into this company. Thank you.

      They are worse business that I have ever dealt with. I sent them a withdrawal papers by certified mail with returned receipt on 3/10/23 and they mailed my check our on 3/39/23. Stated that they didn't have my bank info,but in package that I had sent them was a official bank letter. They are bunch of nasty clowns and I would never recommend them to anyone.

      It's been a painstaking, horrible client experience for me- to have my 401k dollars rolled "out" of Mutual of America ... going on 2 months of run around ... they have no organizational congruency or aptitude. Stay AWAY from this company. My goodness, they simply ****. Whomever is in charge of this company should be ashamed of their own leadership.

      Mutual of America is the worst company that I have known. I have asked for my 1099R form 4 times and to this date, I have not received it. Every time I call, I am assured that it will be in the mail. They can not do this simple job. This is a totally unprofessional business. I am getting my money out.

      The worst experience with a financial company I have EVER had. I would not recommend this company to my dog. It is EXTREMELY difficult to get in touch with this company if one is seeking to withdraw HIS OWN funds. I waited for someone to pick up the line for one hour and forty-five minutes with NO updates. When I called the (wrong) line to put money INTO this company, it was answered almost immediately. Email is NO BETTER. A HORRIBLE COMPANY!! I began this process in mid January. I finally received a check in the mail on 3/10/23. This was after I specifically provided my bank routing and account numbers for the funds to be directly deposited. I didnt think Id ever get MY money. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! The rating above is really 1/10 of one star.

      Absolutly the worst, in a world where you can transfer or send money in minutes, they have taken 1 1/2 months to process mine. And yet today they say i missed an item on the application after i made corrections in the past. They have no accountability whatsoever.

      Absolutely ZERO stars. Numerous calls with hold times over 2 hours! Then when someone answers it goes nowhere. For 4 months I have tried to roll money over from them to another bank and there are all kinds of excuses of why it hasn't happen to the food one check is in the mail, to the check is lost. ** finally happy to say my money has finally been moved from mutual and I can relax. Total incompetence and persistent lies.
