      The worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service representatives are wonderful but have no authority to help anyone. I have been trying to change my name with the company since December, so I can withdraw funds. They keep saying they can't change my name as I am still employed by my former company. I left the company that my account is with in 2017, I have had my married name since 2013. The company I worked for no longer exists. I have filled out a withdrawal request multiple times. They sent an emailing with an attachment stating reasons why my request was denied, but I can't open the attachment. I have spent countless hours and days on the phone since December, with no help. Is this legal? I will be reaching out to the **************************

      Each time that I have requested withdrawals it has been a nightmare. I recently received an email stating that my withdrawal had been processed (that was 5/8/23) and would be deposited within 5 business days. I had still not received it by 5/19/23 and called and spoke to an agent. I was told that it was their error and it was not processed for the deposit. He stated that he needed to open an investigation and I would receive a call within 48 hours ( I knew that would not happen). So here it is Mat 26/23.no deposit, no email and of corse no call! This has been an ongoing issue with the customer service ************************. I have waited on hold as long as 4 hours in the past. This has all been so stressful! Here it was I thought this would be the easy part of retirement.

      Worst experience ever in withdrawing. Customer reps don't know anything, never call back with information, and change the mode of delivery without telling me. I even visited an office where I was promised a return call and never got any response to subsequent calls/texts. Finally get the email my withdrawal was processed and a week later, still nothing in my account. I called them and they said if the bank has an incompatible system they mail a check. My bank has over **** locations all across the country and they are incompatible??? Never got told this happened so I'm hoping a check shows up.

      Very unprofessional customer service. Everyone tells you a different story about your money. They are very rude. Awful company. I wouldn't give it one star, but it's required to choose a star rating. I am highly disappointed.

      Submitted withdraw information and have still received nothing. After several calls, and getting the run around, I received notification via mail 6 weeks later that a withdraw was made and my balance was at 0. After a week or so, no funds were deposited into checking (information I provided for direct deposit). I've called probably 20 times since then and given false information each and every time. Claims that checks were in the mail and must have got lost 3 separate times, that they cancelled that check and would send another, that my former employer must have switched carriers, etc....I have gotten absolutely nowhere and my entire retirement fund is gone. I submitted the withdraw forms 3 1/2 months ago and they can not tell me a single clue as to where it went. I have never seen a more unprofessional financial institute in my life.

      I have trying to take my money out or get a loan anything with my MONEY!, but as usual they don't pick up the phone or if you do they hang up on you! It's has been a month since I put in the request for a loan and I had to call 3 weeks later to find out that they need something to finish it! Didn't send no text no email no phone call nothing how am I suppose to know if they don't do nothing a REAL business suppose to do! So now after waiting a month and a half and still don't have no info no money no nothing ! I am really close from getting the courts and legal party to find my MONEY or my account ANY INFO!This business is trash and wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Once I finally do get my money or a piece of info I will take my money out and hopefully be done with this joke of a business and put somewhere I can really trust!

      WORSE investment company ever.They make you sit on hold for close to an hour directing you from person to person. I changed my address and they locked my account for "14" days. NO ONE can tell me when the lock started or when it ends. NO communication was given as to this information OR anything on their website to tell you this would happen.

      Very slow to process withdrawals. Six weeks to 8 weeks, at least. also, when I requested a withdrawal from my **** they withdrew from my regular **** I also received an unrequested withdrawal last year!

      After filing paperwork to retire, the Retirements Group wont do their job and complete the process. Its been seven months since we started the process and they still cant get the job done. We wont even talk about the amount of time wasted on the phone and all the emails back and forth.

      The worst company ever to deal with. For almost a year, we've been trying to add a beneficiary to this account to no avail. We received a call back last year by the local ***** office and were assured this was done. We get a statement today and it STILL is not done. Trying to speak to someone is impossible - they never answer the phone and even if they do, they just keep transferring you to other departments. Forget about being on hold for literally hours before someone answers. And the fees they charge are absurd. We will be taking our money out of this place. No Stars but it wouldn't let me continue.
