      I think MoA has been beyond description in bad! Bad customer service if you can even call it service. Wait on hold literally 2-3 hours to speak to an incompetent person. Took me 4 months to have paperwork processed to have a direct rollover to an *** with a credit Union. I was told the paperwork was completed correctly and just waiting to get the money. Tax paperwork withheld from me so taxes have been filed multiple times to be correct because they are only now, mid March, sending it out. I was supposed to have my funds deposited into my bank account. They couldnt handle that for months. They finally did one month but shorted me several hundred. They kept telling me it was my money but it doesnt feel like that. And when I tried to contact the representative in charge of my account he was not responsive. He never returned phone calls and I would get stuck on the 800 number for hours only to be told they couldnt do very much because it has to go thru the guy who doesnt return phone calls or is out of the office and the person covering for him couldnt access my account to help me either. Run from this company as fast as you can!

      Their service is terrible. I called the service, ask IRA *********** form because my current 401k plan is terminated due to my employer closed the plan. They transferred me to another department five times and it last over 3 hours and finally no body takes the call. The service is terrible. I also called several times and no body to take the call. They do not offer an email contact. And the phone contact will take you forever to reach them. And they may forces to transfer your call again and again.

      Horrible company that make you full out multiple forms and wait weeks to withdraw money only to turn around and tell you the incel customer service rep sent you the WRONG form. They hold retirement account hostage through bureaucracy and incompetence. Entire company should be shut down for robbery.

      Although I was able to speak with a few people about setting up my account. I found out they misspelled my name and I still can't enroll online. Since I opted for online communications, I keep getting emails, but I can't get into my account. This has been going on since January.

      It's no wonder we are not being paid for our surrender, withdrawal requests. The ****** s name is ***************Who can agree with me, that if I requested a loan, I'd have paperwork mailed overnight with a prepaid ***** envelope addressed to them ! And they want the paperwork back in 2 days !

      Ive been trying to rollover my *** 401K account to another ***************************************** since my employer merged with another company, finalized 12/1/2022. I get the run around and empty advice every time I call. The *** representative who is in charge of my employers account will not return email and can not be reached by phone. He was sent an email from my employer to terminate the *** account 12/1/2022 and has yet to do so to this day 2/28/23. My original employer( now under another company name) does not even exist anymore yet *** will not release the money from the employees accounts. I just want my retirement fun rolled over.

      Just awful. The phone reps do no answer for at least 50 minutes and when they did, I was told pa andpers would be sent within a week (via mail and email) and weeks later am back where I started. Tried today to reach someone for over an hour, to no avail. I'm now understanding why the company I used to work for dropped them. Truly terrible customer service and/or follow-up. I wish I could leave "no star" rating!

      Been trying to withdraw for 4 months. I called several times and every time I called they had me on hold over a hour. In October she sent me the wrong forms which took over 10 business days for me to receive. The forms that I need was not on their website. Every time I called in November they said that my forms was being processed. Finally in December she said oh those are the wrong forms and we are sending you the correct forms with a return envelope. It took over 10 business days for me to receive those forms. I filled those forms out and sent them in envelope with the address already on it. 3 weeks later after calling and calling I found out that was the wrong address on the envelope she sent for me to return the forms in. They sent me new forms and I mailed them to the correct address. They told me my account was closed in January but I still haven't received a check. Every time I call now I wait on hold over a hour. Then they say oh let me connect you to someone who can help you and then that person hangs up on me and I have to call again and wait on hold again. It been over 15 days and I still don't have a check.

      I have also had a similar experience to everyone here, initial paperwork for withdrawal early January, have called back multiple times, they tell me that all is good and that it closed out and that all the paperwork I submitted was in order and yet the customer service rep can't tell me why the money hasn't been sent. I've been on hold for hours being passed from "one department" to another. Finally, being told "you'll have to get a call back". When I asked to just patch me through so that I can speak with someone now, the answer is "they don't take calls".

      The worst customer service i have ever experienced from a professional financial organization. You will spend literal hours of your life on the phone waiting. Just for the first person to transfer you to another person so you can wait more. Typical *********************** they'll take your $$ no problem - but will put you through weeks of waiting to get it back. I'm on week 5 at this point.
