      Very difficult to get your money from when you leave an employer. Many excuses. Call wait time is 1.5 to 2 hours and then they tell you the money is on the way.

      i have been in the process of rolling over my 403b thrift retirement account for the last 9 months.i have done everything that has been asked of me and still nothing. now, a conference call is needed and of course, there is only the general customer service number available to me which means i am put on hold for lengthy amounts of time. very frustrating. customer service is a joke.

      Customer support is nonexistent. Need assistance with a withdrawal and nothing. Have attempted to call at all hours throughout business hours. Explanation as to what documents to use on website is confusing.

      Ive been dealing with these people for 2 months now and have no luck getting my money. I left the company I worked for in November 2022 and it's already January 2023. I've been calling relentlessly only to be on hold for hours, unsuccessful in reaching a human being, how has this company been up and running for 17 years? Maybe by scamming people out of their money.

      Been trying to withdrawal my money for almost 2 months. Several calls, wait time is always over an hour. Each person you talk to verifies info, stating all is correct, but gives you a different date to receive money. Finally showed account closed, EFT sent 12/29, balance shows amount subtracted leaving a zero balance. Called my bank today 1/9/23 and there is NO pending EFT. Where is all of my money?? So, I sit on hold waiting for over an hour again. The worst experience I have every dealt with!! Would leave zero stars, but not an option!

      I am in a financially desperate situation and started the withdrawal process on 12/5/22. Today is 1/9/2023. It is a simple deposit into my checking account. I need this money to pay the **** I continue to accrue penalties while they take their time. Phone hold times are 2 to 3 hours. Today I got cut off after waiting more than 2 hours. This must be illegal. Something must be done to pressure this company to uphold their fiduciary responsibilities to their customers!

      This company is a scam. I have been waiting 3 months to try to get money from a 403 B. I get one excuse after another after waiting on hold for up to 1 hour. Do not invest in any of their plans. All I want to do is roll it over to another institution and they are holding my money hostage.

      I I have automatic withdrawal scheduled each month to go to my checking account. For 9 months the withdrawal was late. After numerous phone calls, getting numerous excuses the decision to remove my retirement money was made. Spent three 8 hours days being placed on hold just to be told I needed to go to a different department to get an answer to my request. The bank that I was attempting to switch to has experienced the same issues I did. Finally able to roll over part of my money but have been told it many take up to 30 days to get the remaining amount. Terrible company
