      I summited withdrawal paperwork for my 401k plan on September 19, 2022. I have called over 15 times trying to get an answer of why my money has not been sent to me yet. It's been almost 90 days when it states that a request for a withdrawal only takes 5 to 7 business days. Nothing has been done and I get no answer every single time I call.

      The absolute worst company and customer service. I have tried to transfer my account for months and have had so much back and forth. I have called 8 times, each over an hour and no one actually speaks to me. Cannot recommend any other company enough. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Would prefer to give 0 stars if that were possible.

      The absolute worst organization! **************** is awful! Hold times exceeded over 1.5 hours to then be hung up on. Rude and inconsiderate staff. Over 4 months of running around and still no results.

      There's literally no way to get in touch. They have two phone lines, I've waited hours and hours all week and they just won't pickup. They don't offer any other way to get in touch. I need to change my beneficiaries, but there's no way to do that online. I have to talk to them and just can't get through. Don't know what to do.

      Horrible customer service I have been on hold off and on transferred around for 2 hours and 31 minutes and still do not have my issue taken care of.

      I am trying to roll my money over into another retirement account and they won't reply to my emails or calls. I've sent them the required paperwork 3 times in more than the last 6 weeks. When i called them, it took them 3 hours to answer the phone. Disgusting thieves that will steal your hard earned retirement

      3 hours on hold 4 transfers later: still unable to get my password reset.Have been trying to get my account inactive since august. Sent in the paperwork 6 times every time I spoke with someone they would help me fill it out and than I would get an email stating my withdrawal couldnt be processed because something was wrong or missing. Its been 5 months and I have yet to see my withdrawals. They recently sent me a letter in the mail stating my loan was paid off with my withdrawal money now Im waiting on the rest of my withdrawal to come Into my bancan account.

      If I could leave a 0 I would. Been trying for months to make contact about not having received my minimum distributions funds. Been waiting on the line, transferred, told everything is fine, not fine -- and absolutely nothing happens. I cannot for the life of me figure out how this company is still in business. Now I've got to figure out how to get all our money out.

      Like all these past reviewers i have also submitted a withdraw request over a month ago and nothing has been done.NO ONE answers the phone. stay on hold for couple hours.I need my money back. This should be ilegal!

      It is a night mare trying to get customer services . wait time almost 3 hours total 6 hours it never happened .. I was told a phone call was requested /// never happened .I need to get a different way with my money..
