      It seems I am having the same experience as everyone else. I have been trying to make a withdrawal. First I wanted two weeks called after 1 1/2 hours on hold was told that I had filled out the wrong forms. filled out new ones sent in and have been trying to get someone to just tell me that have them and are the correct forms and nothing is missing. Today on hold for two hours and was hung up on. I tried the number for the employer sponsors and got told they would connect me to someone who could help. You got it.... the same, I am on hold again. I need my money. I'm sick of this. I will be taking it all from them and rolling over what I don't need to pay off my house.

      I have been trying to get Mutual of America to answer the phone for 6 weeks. I submitted my withdrawal request by email and mail of my 403b and have not got a single response. I have emailed at least 6 times. I am beyond frustrated because I need my money badly

      Something is terribly wrong at Mutual of America! Last May I requested withdrawal forms, never received them. October 2022 requested again by mail. Finally received them Nov 10. Sent by mail, withdrawal forms to ** address. In the past, received deposit within 10 days. It is now Dec 7, no deposit, which I need to replace pay check from 2 weeks off. Several phone calls on hold, 30 min., 15, 15, no answer. Last week, a representative said, "it is in process." Since then, no one answers. This needs to be investigated !! My HR department has been notified. I will be stopping my investment.

      Im not able to get through at all. Forms sent via mail never acknowledged. On hold on the phone phone 1 hr 57 minutes, 14 min, and 1 hr 34 min just today. Following up from form sent by a dying woman requesting her funds for her care almost a month ago. There is no email address listed to contact anyone, either. Truly unacceptable. Please help.

      * ******* I put in my Hardship in the end of Oct Mutual of America told me that my paper has not been process but when I call the next day the young lady said she is going to expedite it and it takes 72 all my paperwork were in at the end of oct they said my husband need to sign and he did, and they received the paper in nov 8,2022 I received nothing and I told them Iam closing on my house on dec 9, 2022 and nothing they give me the run around for my own money, that I work for each and every day I would never tell anyone to do any business with these people.

      THIS IS AWFUL. Months to make a withdrawal. Started October 21 and still waiting. *** waited average of one hour and more three times to talk to rep and they lie every time telling me money is being transferred. Something needs to be looked into..

      What a truly evil company. Absolutely shocking and infuriating that an institution that sounds so theoretically legitimate would be so crooked in their efforts to thwart customers in a simple withdrawal of funds. I spent hours on hold, my numerous calls and emails to the local representative were simply ignored, when I reached actual people on the 800 number they said they would send me a form and simply never did, even the website which shows me all my account info and options for forms has no option for a withdrawal form. I may possibly have found the right form by Googling for it but God knows how long it will take for the company to deal with my request or if they even will given everything I've already experienced. Mutual of America Financial Group should be subject to a class action lawsuit for this kind of willful negligence towards its customers. They are absolutely unethical and immoral for treating people this way.

      Contacting a human is impossible. The only contact information they provide is the 800 number, which stays on hold and never reaches a human. (Calls to my local office are rerouted to the 800 number). This lack of responsiveness is very alarming and should be investigated.

      Its a headache trying to get in touch with someone from this company. Ive called numerous times and have been on hold for hours. I left my old job and Im trying to withdraw my 401K but they make it impossible. They really need to do better because this is unacceptable. Ive been trying for weeks to get my funds. The only reason I have the one star is because the representative I spoke with was nice. Other than that their whole process and the waiting to speak to someone is ridiculous.

      **************** in non existent - Unable to rearch an account manager. Received two distributions and questioned why. Mutual made the mistake and subsequently retrieved the money from my bank account but have yet to return it to my mutual account. Unable to get answer why or what problem is occuring. Considering moving my account.
