      I simply want to withdraw funds from my account. I have been on the phone for hours, on hold! Unfortunately, this is my 2nd attempt to withdraw funds from my account. The 1st time took just as long, I was on hold for 1 hour and 14 minutes and could not wait any longer, and was forced to hang up. After over a year, here I am again, attempting to withdraw money and so far, I've been on hold for 1 hour and 5 minutes. This is just horrible!!!

      Like many other reviewers, I mailed my paperwork for a withdrawal and have been waiting for over a month. I have been on hold by phone three times for over an hour before giving up. Just now, I waited exactly 90 minutes only to have them abruptly hang up, obviously a time trigger in their system. Contact by phone is the only option available, unlike other financial institutions. My previous experiences with this company have been very satisfactory, so I hope they will make an effort to restore their reputation.

      Terrible people,******** email service with no response.If you try to call youll wait for hours.And by some miracle you do get through by phone, youll just get the run around.Good luck trying to withdraw funds its been 3/4 months and i still cant get any funds from them.Mailed in Al forms certified mail and I get nothing, no response.1 star is too much for this company.

      I rolled over and closed my account nearly 3 years ago and now I get a statement that there is a small amount of money in the account. I tried to call them and was on hold (with the WORST hold music EVER!) for over 35 minutes and I couldn't take it anymore and hung up. There is no email customer service. Looking at the reviews, I am not inclined to call back as their customer service is essentially non-existent which was basically my experience.

      trying to get my funds withdrawn was a 4 month, multiple phone call effort. trying to get them to even acknowledge receipt of my paperwork was tedious, frustrating, with several copies of the forms having to be sent.

      Ive been a customer since the early ****s. I was entirely satisfied until recently when they altered their website. Now navigation is a nightmare, and I cant access the needed information about my account at the time when I need it which could be at all hours. I am very disappointing this companys lack of a working interface for their customers.

      The first of Oct I submitted paperwork for withdrawal When I finally talked to someone they claimed they never recieved them I emailed them again.it has been a month and no one has answered the phone.they have removed the call back option now I am still waiting for my funds to hit my account I have no idea what is going on,and I cannot speak to any one.Does any one have a number that I can speak to someone

      Terrible company. No way to get in touch with them except phone. Hold times well over 1-2 HOURS. I've been transferred on two occasions, after being on hold for 2 hours, then got disconnected. Neither person would even look up the account, let alone try to do anything to help. I'm trying to close out my sister's estate. I would never consider giving these people a dime of my money. Chances are I would never see it again. They should be investigated. Too bad you can't rate them negative stars.

      Absolutely the WORST Company ever . I submitted a Withdrawl Request October 18th I am still waiting . Their **************** is horrid they leave you on hold for hours if you choose the option for them to call you back they NEVER return your calls. This experience has been nothing but a complete disaster. I am glad I am not the only to write a bad review but I have had the WORST experience with this company.
