      No one answers the phone. Filled out paperwork for a withdrawal almost a month ago. No communication at all. ******** as far as communication or trying to get my money. Would not recommend this business but most do not have an option based on their company. No way to communicate other than an 800 number that they do not answer.

      Worst company service I have ever dealt with. Called about my 403B and get a different answer every time. The employees have no clue what they are doing. When you call the wait time is hours before anyone picks up to talk. I am trying to Withdrawl my money for over a month, It has gone to "processing" 2 times already and still nobody can give me any answers.

      Do Not Use This Company! It may take days to reach a live representative. Then you will be transferred to someone else. Can't get statements online! I had to hire an attorney to get a withdrawal processed!

      Its been a month since I requested to pull my funds out. They barely answer the phone. And when they do its the same excuse every time I call. I needed these funds to pay bills since Im out of work and its been a month! This is ridiculous!

      If you have a retirement account with this **********************, think about moving it elsewhere. Lousy customer service. Called their customer service number last week; hold time until I spoke to a person was 45 minutes. They apologized that they cannot process my transaction for **** business days (vs. the 3 business days it used to be) due in COVID and remote work. Cmon. Dont be so lame; everyone else has figured out how to deal with it. PS: Today I was on hold for an hour and 15 minutes and finally gave up.And my transaction? 10 days and still counting

      Worst company ever!! I've been trying since March 2022 to cash out my father's **** I am the beneficiay and get absolutely NO WHERE trying to call this company. HORRIBLE. I've been on hold for HOURS the past couple weeks just trying to find out if they received my paperwork!!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!!

      This may be the most horrible company in America. I stopped my job due to mental health and have been trying to advance out of my 403(b) to avoid being homeless. They have not processed my advance in 7 weeks. They have not even begin to process it. The hold times are always over an hour. No ethical nonprofit or corporation should do business with them. They need to be investigated and shut down!

      I am shocked that this company doesnt have pending law suits, is still operating, and is allowed in ***************** of America to even conduct ******* business with their level of customer service and poor professionalism. BBB needs to investigate this company as soon as possible because I am quite certain many people have seemed legal counsel! There is a pseudo professionalism as they will lie to you about getting your funds. Theres always a waiting period for something, and other companies Ive gotten my money within minutes/hours. Its been over a month and Ive been in communication with them, and are finally telling me my documents have issues. When Ive called multiple times and multiple agents (after hours on hold) have lied and said my documents were good to go. They live in the Stone Age with snail mail, and you cant get ***** done online. This company will have you develop clinically significant symptoms of anxiety and depression. RUN AWAY if your company even mentioned their name!

      I have over a month trying to get my issue resolved all I get is the run around. After waiting over 1 hour to have my called answered by a representative who doesnt really pay attention to issue and makes you feel like oh well! Its very frustrating because what was said to take a week is now taking over 1 month. Annoyed to have to deal with this especially when its your own money.

      My husband passed away in September. The only money had set aside was his 401k I have sat on hold for HOURS at a time trying to get a withdrawal and the only answer I get is they're "escalating" it I've also been told that there have "a lot of people die" over the past two years, so I need to be patient. I need that money NOW for my husband's expenses.
