      They completely lied to me about the annual fee, they said maybe 40 times that this service was free and they continued to charge me. I was a little confused why adding a family member was $70 if the service was free and questioned it but they said it was still free. I had no idea I was on a free trial and never got an email about being charged, I only cancelled my membership when I got a charge to my credit card. Bunch of pieces of ****, didnt even end up using it once I signed up, the lines were literally the same for general TSA, hope this company gets f****** sued for fraud. Feel bad for people who dont notice the charge.

      I was traveling alone about to get in line for security checkpoint. A sales rep stopped me and started telling me this a quick set up to get me through faster. He asked for my CC and I asked if I was going to be charged and he said no... I should have never given him my CC and that should have been the red flag. Anyways, he got me through security checkpoint which general was empty anyways. I wasted my time when I could have gone through with no delay to begin with. Never used it again even when I traveled a few weeks after that, I used general. Month Later I get a charge on my CC for $189.00!!! He did not disclose that is was going to be a subscription or the charge amount, nothing. I do admit I should have asked more question but he just rushed through everything I now look back and think of the situation and I feel so confused. I got scammed! I was a solo female traveler so easy target...

      Really awful system and App. My passport expired so I needed to update with Clear. The airport system and App couldnt update. **************** and the agents at the airport couldnt help either. At ****** and *** where I travel to and from every month, I have noticed that the Clear lines have been consistently slower than the Pre-check lines so thats where Ive been lining up now. Clear essentially is a waste of time and money in my opinion.

      My experience is no different than most victims of this unscrupulous company. My husband and I were waiting in the security line at ****************** airport on 7/1/23 and a representative asked if we wanted to skip the line. Why wouldn't we? We were told that we were getting a 2 week free trial, but were asked to swipe our credit card. When asked why we were giving our credit card if this was a free trial, she told us that we MIGHT be charged, but then it would be credited the next month. Well, on July 15th, they charged us two times for $189 and there was NO CREDIT the following month. I had to dispute the charges and cancel our card so they wouldn't do this again. The credit card agent told me these charges were set up by Clear as "recurring". WHAT A SCAM! This company needs to be shut down. If you look on the website trustpilot.com, you will see the same types of complaints as you see here. Horrible.

      They flat out LIE to get you to sign up. Literally tell you it costs NOTHING and they they clicked through all the pages where a customer would agree to payment, etc so that you can't see it. When I questioned she told me not to worry about it. I was trying to get through security at the airport with my family and didn't realize that I did NOT have to go to the CLEAR terminal.SCAM

      NOT WORTH IT! I would not recommend Clear membership to anyone today; Clear was amazing few years ago. There's never enough staff at the security checkpoints. The staff there always seem fake friendly and bored with their jobs - they walk super slow, there's zero hustle. The precheck line is shorter than Clear almost every time for the past year. There's also ************ risks because of lack of care with who Clear hires as employees and we have to show IDs every time, no different than precheck. Yet, Clear has raised their prices. Absurd.

      Worst customer service. Somehow they pulled a report from LexisNexis on me that was not me. This was verified by LexisNexis. I have been try for 2 years to get it fixed and gotten no where. They keep blaming LexisNexis for the questions even though LexisNexis has told them on 2 separate phone calls that LexisNexis doesnt write the questions given at sign up and that the questions clear is asking me are not for me therefore I cant correctly answer them. Every time I try to take the test its the same wrong questions. It cant be that hard to wipe me from their system and pull a new report. A correct report, but clear wants to keep telling me to contact LexisNexis to fix my report !!A report that is not mine!!!

      When you have a complain the only thing they say is "you can cancel anytime" My last 3 flights i've been getting "Random Check" i ask and she told me if I don't like it i can cancel anytime! $180 a year and thats the treatment you get? They have a lot of things to fix! I have recommended to a lot but not anymore! And I'm canceling this thing!

      Leaving Las Vegas on 8/16/23 @ 11:30 AM I saw 4 employees standing around with no customers. I said do you guys need something to do? One woman and two others turned away from me as if they didnt want to wait on me. I jokingly said youre being a smart a** At that point I was told by a gentleman to go wait in the regular line. I said youre kidding right? They all said no and refused to let me use the clear pass that paid their salaries. I am 74 years old and Caucasian. The employees were all young and of color. A clear case of discrimination. I will not pay for clear again.

      The customer service is terrible. They do not understand their product and therefore cannot resolve issues. They also pop peanuts in their mouth the entire time theyre supposed to be helping you. Do NOT do business with this service.
