      This company refuses to refund me for future service they charged because they claim they could not find my updated email login, which I've used for three years. The device stopped working close to a year ago and I canceled service at that time. After repeated attempts to correct this issue (which was a problem on their end) they kept saying they do not give refunds. I highly DO NOT recommend this company.

      Ive had 2 canary pro units, one broke where you plug in the ac cord, the second will not keep connection. Almost 400 dollars for a non working system!! Do not purchase!

      I called Canary and eas told i wont be able to get a refund for the annual subscription that just started and paid 2 days ago. The rep named ******* that was supposedly helping me tried to sway me off the topic and try to offer me a 50pct discount for next year subscription for **** since my payment being disputed is through 2023. The rep refused to provide any help in getting a full refund, even a partial refund since only 2 days have lapsed. This in my opinion is a very bad policy and bad business. I want to make sure this review will reach other people who will be doing business with Canary. WATCH OUT...

      I bought a total of 10 cameras.for two homes and they are worthless. Canary has a problem with their app function and after months of trying to solve it with their customer service my app still doesnt work. There is no follow up when they say they are going to escalate the request for service .. they never get back to you. I do not recommend this home security system !

      Company sold its product as stand alone monitor promising no monthly fee. I already had security service but just wanted to add this camera that had monitoring of temp in house and air quality. I was able to receive short video clips when motion was detected and could open app to monitor at any given time.A couple months ago they decide theyll no longer offer the free option and insist on a monthly monitoring fee.This is bait and switch: initially offering a product that cost more than similar items (but without monthly fees) and then later making those monthly fees mandatory to achieve the same level of functionality.They are dishonest. I strongly do NOT recommend their product

      Another story of not being refunded 3 days after the auto renewal period. This is a pathetic business practice. I haven't used the camera in over 4 years and have been paying for it this entire time. They can see the last time I connected a camera to the service and was only asking for this one year refunded. Shame on you Canary.
