This is out of appreciation not only for the fantastic product but also for the superb customer service I've received every time I contact the company, whether by phone or email.     This is a great company with interesting selections of small business quality products. You get one of a kind stuff either via monthly boxes or direct purchase. The customer service is awesome! No problem returning, exchanging or other issues. I highly recommend!

    Bespoke is the only subscription that I have. Every month they send me a box that is tailored to my needs and preferences. Not once have I ever received a product that was substandard or cheap. Everything that I am sent is of top notch quality.

    I'm a huge fan of Bespoke Post. I'm a small business owner and I'm married with 3 kids. Most of my time and energy is spent on others but this is something I treat myself too every month. The team is great and if I ever forget to update a shipment or preference their response time and ability to resolve any issues is amazing. I also use them for gifts for friends and family because the best part of this company is they constantly get new products that I would never be aware of on my own. They have great deals and once again I can't over state how impressed I am with their customer service team and their communication. I've had a monthly subscription for a few years now and can't imagine now continuing it.

    I am not an account holder or customer of **********************. What happened was that someone stole my credit card information and opened one using my name. Upon notification from my bank about an order, I immediately called Bespoke to inquire. Needless to say, the response came timely, and after email exchanges with their customer service, the charge was pulled out. Very professional and respectful during the whole exchange.
