    I have been a customer since 2016 and had numerous interactions with their customer service team throughout my patronage. All I can say is that every worker through present day that I have ever interfaced with has been friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the customer service experience. Their workers are quick to respond and follow up promptly and with a level of care I have yet to see at other businesses. This experience combined with the small (and many B certified) brands offering excellent products has kept me a consistent and happy customer.

    Wonderful company to support. I have received 2 shipments so far, the quality is wonderful. When there was a mishap with one my orders because it went to an old saved address, they helped me no questions asked and I received almost daily tracking updates from them.     This is an amazing company that still remembers what customer service is SUPPOSED to be! I buy from this company regularly, and in the VERY few instances where there's been an issue with shipping or damage, they've exceeded my expectations in how quickly and responsibly they resolved my issue.I wish more companies operated like Bespoke Post.

    Bespoke Post is an amazing subscription service that allows me and others to select/deselect monthly boxes as well as peruse other products that are featured.     This business is great to work with. I personally always s**** up my own orders all the time and they fix it very quickly. They respond to my inquiries very quickly, even on Saturdays. The customer service provided is always exceptional! From various team members, *** never had a bad experience. They have a variety of products that I enjoy, they have simple marketing, that is not excessive. I really like this business and their products. Easy website to navigate, ****************. Only great things to say.

    I have enjoyed the unique monthly boxes for about 2 years now. Sometimes things I knew that I'dwanted, wanted or sometimes that I didn't know I needed yet until I had then.I also purchase a good deal of member perks and items on a frequent basis, aside from the monthly boxes. I've loved everything I own from Bespoke Post. I just realized that basically everything I'm wearing right now is from **** Shirt, jeans, socks, and socks. And I've received so many compliments on my updated wardrobe.

    I have been subscribed to Bespoke Post for 3 years now. I love the products, they are high quality products and my family of 4 will actually use them. I have the ability to skip a month if needed & can add more to my shipment when I want. The customer service has been wonderful anytime I have needed them. I have had a couple of products break in the process of making it to my house and Bespoke customer service has assisted me promptly and has sent out replacement items right away. Great company, love all the products, customer service is amazing, definitely recommend. Reasonably priced too!

    I've been with bespoke for about 5 years ussaly never have issues with such amazing product but when something happens or any deffect bespoke responds with amazing customer service, giving opinions of satisfaction towards the product they are providing ! For me I call A1 satisfaction I'll be continuing to be a supportive customer towards their goal
