  I have been a bespoke post member for about a year. We have received numerous products ranging from the glassware to a whiskey barrel, that we primed with rum for several weeks, and then whiskey for several weeks, and it turned out beautifully. We have whiskey bitters, books on whiskey and have not been disappointed once. With my most recent purchase was a cast-iron skillet with some some items that were included. I did have a question on whether the lid was included. I sent a message to customer service received immediate response, that it was being looked into, and then finally a yes the lid was included. This interaction took 20 minutes tops. It was quick, efficient, friendly, and to the point. I have had similar questions in the past and they are all handled very much the same. Friendly, efficiently, and knowledgeably. Should I have any other questions and that was all I had a question about at that time. I am more than confident in this business to order anything that has to do with liquor/alcohol making or tasting, they also do camping home wares More masculine geared gifts and its fantastic .

  Hello I'm just letting everyone I know how great these people are at BESPOKE I had a little trouble with 1 of my packages these folks went out of their way to make things right there awesome people to deal with I will be a long time to come.

  I have been a subscriber for the Bespoke Post monthly box since 2015 as well as having bought numerous other items over the years for myself and friends from Bespoke and I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. They send multiple notifications out in a variety of different ways that a new box is ready as well as a "last chance to skip" notification before your box is locked to ship for the month. There have been a few times I've neglected to skip and the support team has always been prompt and courteous in assisting me to cancel that shipment or to process a return or exchange for a different box. On the occasions I've needed to return or exchange an item, the process has been a breeze because of the rapid response time of the support team and the care they show for their customers.The only thing approaching a negative experience I had was an item I bought turned out to have been oversold. A member of the team reached out to me, explained the situation, and had already initiated a refund for the item in question. I was disappointed I wouldn't receive the item (a pillow) but things happen and I was still grateful for how I was handled as a customer. I spent the better part of a decade of my career in financial services working in customer service managing frontline associates there and I would be happy to work with folks like the Bespoke customer care team.

  This was my first order from them and there was a missing piece. I contacted them on a Saturday evening and they responded within MINUTES and had a replacement going out expedited on monday morning. They were super helpful, super frienldy and responsive. While its a small sample size of just 1 order if they do business like this I WILL be back!

  Not only is this business model fun and unique, but the products are quality and the customer service is top notch! If I've ever had an issue (shipping damage or requesting to skip a few months during difficult times), they're responsive, understanding, and helpful!

  Im very happy with bespoke. Today was the first time I had to deal with them in regards to a broken shipment. I called and they are sending a replacement and I dont have to return the broken shipment to them. The girl was very helpful and reassured me that the box I picked is a good choice. She was quick and thorough.Keep up the good work!!!!!
