    Lots of interesting choices every month. I like the options to the primary pick and the fact that I can opt out if I choose. I definitely look forward to what next month's offer will be.

    I cannot get an address to return item from Giftsbespoke. I ordered a cap that does not fit right. They take a long time to respond & then they only want to give me 20% back on the hat. That is what it says in their policy.

    I've used Bespoke Post on and off since 2015. Since then, the quality of the products has ebbed and flowed as they attempt to find new and interesting products. The diversity of the offerings has increased and so has the fabrication quality. I still have the Weekender bag that I received in 2015 and it's fantastic! On top of all of that, they offer a "text helpline" that I've used a few times. Every time, I'm connected with someone who goes above and beyond to take care of whatever minor issue I'm calling about (usually wanting to change something because I forgot to change my box by the deadline despite multiple emails warning me...oops!).

    Bespoke Post has exemplary customer service. A company that sources items from so many different vendors based on their users' interests clearly faces challenges on sizing differences and the like. Bespoke Post handles this in stride. I've gotten prompt and courteous support with every interaction. Through me spacing out and making errors on my orders, receiving an item that didn't fit as expected, and returning something that I simply changed my mind on, there was not so much as a hint of a problem.Helpful emails make suggestions for other products that I'm actually interested in and even remind me about pending monthly box shipments in case I meant to swap boxes, but forgot to actually hit the swap button like recently happened to me. Bottom line: I've been a very satisfied member of Bespoke Post for years and have every reason to expect that to continue for many more years.

    Ive been subscribing for over a year and have enjoyed most everything theyve sent. They have a very easy, cost-free return process that I have used very successfully a few times for items that werent quite what I wanted. Ive now gotten in the habit of jumping into my account when I get the email notification about my upcoming package and have just cancelled the items I havent wanted. Ive also interacted with their customer service and have found them prompt, helpful, and super friendly. All in all, a great experience.

    The Bespoke Post products are exactly as described on the website. The products are from small, low-volume producers, which tends to make them more attractive (to me) as gifts for people who want something that cannot be purchased at a big-box retailer or at a shopping mall.My orders were correctly processed, I was charged the appropriate price, and I received the items quickly using standard shipping. As an opt-out program, I have had no difficulty with only getting monthly items when I want to get them. I have never had to return anything that I did not want.

    This past week a set of headphones purchases two months ago started to fail. I went online and sent an email, describing the problem, to customer service. Almost immediately I received an acknowledgement of my email. And within 30 minutes I received a reply from a customer service representative. They apologized for the defective headphones, immediately set up a shipment for a new set. I received a text message with a tracking number the next day. This is not the first time I've contacted customer service. I've contacted them at least twice to return a monthly box I forgot to remove from my cart. (The latest was the May box.). And I have returned a few others after viewing the product at home. I've always had good responses from the Bespoke team and the products they offer.

    Ive been a Bespoke Post customer for several years. I live in ******, and Im grateful they deliver to their Northern neighbours. I have ordered thousands of dollars of goods from them, so I know them and their products well by now. A few thoughts:1. Quality is great. A lot ***-made products, some made in *****, but pretty much everything has been really great quality. 2. Small companies. They buy from a lot of smaller *** companies, many of which I wouldnt have access to up here.3. Absolutely the BEST customer service in the business. My packages travel far, and sometimes things dont make the trip intact despite great packaging. I get an immediate response resolving the problem.4. Shipping is a little slow. International shipping is very reasonable with NO surprise duties or taxes, but be patient. Takes a while. Sometimes even a month. Hang tight. Worth the wait.5. Just great people. Call them if there are any issues. Or just to say thanks. A real human being will pick up and talk to you, and not from a call centre across the globe. See #3. Truly theyve focussed a lot of effort and expense on making themselves leaders in customer service. I spend WAY too much money on this site because I trust them and love their products. *******************!**************

    Bespoke Post is my single favorite internet shopping experience. Not only do they consistently find excellent small batch and small business items but they have a Customer experience service second to none. They are extremely fast, courteous and responsive at all days and hours and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make the customer satisfied. On several occasions I have suggested they might have an explosive business opportunity if they were so sell their customer service style to other businesses. Keep the great goods and service coming Bespoke Post!
