    I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Bespoke Posts customer service team, and I have to say, the experience was exceptional! Their agent was prompt, professional, and courteous. She went above and beyond to assist me, immediately offering a product replacement in response to my inquiry--a completely acceptable solution--without inundating me with additional questions or requests. Furthermore, she was more than accommodating of my preferences. It had to be one of the most productive and efficient interactions I've had with any customer service ******* is clear that ********************** values their customers. Ill definitely continue to be a supporter! Highly recommended.

    Bespoke Posts customer service is among the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I live overseas and have a difficult mailing address that wont always accept everything I order from them. Both times the package was sent back, customer service was always helpful and always gave me multiple options that would work best for me. They have great products and I will continue ordering from them.

    I have been a customer for over a year with ********************** and it has been an enjoyable experience. The items I've chosen to keep have been of high quality and were shipped to me in the time frame and for the price originally quoted to me. When I decided to not choose a box in a particular month there were no repercussions, charges, or sales pressure to order that month. Probably most importantly when I've contacted customer service they were prompt in answering, professional yet friendly, and they did all in their power to comply with my requests. I recommend Bespoke Post highly.

    Emailing for assistance on the weekend has never been easier than with Bespoke post! I needed to cancel my January box due to a man's product i was not going to use as a woman. They got back to me the same day on a Saturday and canceled said box and refunded me. Fantastic support! Thanks again!

    I had signed about for Bespoke Post's subscription box in late 2024; right after which I ended up needing to have my gallbladder removed. During my recovery, I forgot about the subscription and ended up not skipping the box for January, 2025. I contacted their support via email and they were very understanding and quick to help resolve the issue. While I continue to recover, I placed my subscription on hold, but plan to come back after, as I greatly appreciate the way they handled this ordeal. Thank you, *** from Bespoke Post!!!!****
