    I cancelled my subscription to Bespoke Post and then a month and a half later they charged my card for $105.29. And what they were trying to send me for $105 was a Thermos and 2 tin cups and some Honest ***************** Bitters. What a rip off!!!!

    Hey there! Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience, though we apologize for the inconvenience caused here. Club members have the ability to skip shipments between the 1st and the 5th of each month. Reminder e-mails are sent on the 1st when shipments are announced, and again on the 4th before they lock in. Looks as though you reached out to skip your monthly box for ***** but we did not receive a request to cancel your club membership altogether. I see that we were able to take care of your subscription cancellation and issue a full refund for your order when you reached out to us on July 31st. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything else!

    Bespoke customer service is excellent. I had an issue with shipping, which was no fault of Bespoke, but ***** They were more than willing to make it right immediately. Just the fact that I was able to talk to an employee as soon as I called was impressive, but then the ease in fixing the problem quickly was so great. I will continue to order from this company, really good selection and fabulous customer service.

    i have been using this service for about a year, this month is the first time I've ever had an issue. Its towards the end of the month and my box hasn't come yet, i contacted the company and got a fix. i hope this doesn't happen again.

    Very helpful! I received my monthly box , it was Pop. My niece liked it so much I gave it to her. So I needed a an additional box. CSA walked me through it with a happy attitude. Very much appreciated!

    I have had an outstanding experience with Bespoke. I have always wanted to try them out, and finally pulled the trigger a few months ago. Ordered a box and it came in with no hitch. I have been a little picky on what else I have ordered from them and haven't had a problem. This past month, my order was around the Fourth of July and then we got hit by a hurricane. My mind wasn't on skipping the new box for the month. I remembered afterwards, but it was after my cancel date. I contacted Bespoke and told them what had happened, and they were cordial and went ahead and canceled the order before it shipped. I was grateful they were able to do this for me. They have excellent customer service and are just honest people.
