      When moving out from my condo and needed to disconnect my Fios internet service, Verizon required me to pay nearly a full additional month of service because they do not prorate when service is terminated. What a joke of a company.

      Version sale men came to my house houses and told me internet would be free That the government is giving it to house holds with people with minor children in the house hold.. Version then waited 3 months to send me a outstanding bill and refused to hear me out The lady quickly tried to sell me another package and when I refused She said they will give me a place to drop off the equipment when I pay the bill **** ...By scamming

      This company has no clue about good customer service, I have tried many times to reach a customer service representative, and they direct you a digital voice agent, you can't talk to a live agent!!

      Worst customer service ever. They are terrible. I was supposed to be on hold for 12 minutes and have been on hold longer than 41 minutes and counting. Incompetence customer service.

      I want to give no star, but I have to leave one I was switching to verizon business for service but I changed my mind I had service for not even a month and was charged so speaking with some one they told me i had a bill but it would reverse itself so i didnt have to pay it but looking into it further my business credit took a hit from them telling me this.

      I Contacted Verzion to let them know my Mother Passed away to have service stopped and they continue to send a bill to me. I even offered to have the death certificate sent to them and they said it was not necessary....I just want the bills to stop!!!

      The business is full of petty people, not only did they not fulfill their promotional promises. They send me to collection with our a final bill. There's plenty of other companies that will provide you with service, I would suggest anyone but Verizon.

      My company engaged Verizon Business for internet service. Recently they reached out to terminate our engagement 1 year before expiration and force us to sign a new contract at a higher rate for no additional service or benefit. This was done under the guise of decommissioning the "last mile" cabling they had acquired to rerun cabling under Verizon. They only provided us 60-days notice which is not enough to engage a new provider which required a site service and recabling in our building. Although we attempted to switch vendors we could not afford a month without service to engage a new vendor forcing us to go back and accept Verizon exploitative terms.

      Since they needed to reprocess cabling they processed to schedule our site survey. The implementation manager followed up with a site survey date and window. On the date of the scheduled site visit no one showed or was responsive to our request for an update. Eventually the technician finally called me and informed me the site visit had not been properly scheduled internally and we were not on his scheduled for the day. The Implementation Manager responded with a email without acknowledging her failure and reminding us that the team typically responds to customer request in 5-7 business days. The technician has been the most reasonable of all of the individuals I have interacted with in this mess. He agreed that the company had offshore people scheduling and consistently creating problems through miscommunication.

      It has been a terrible and frustrating customer experience. I don't need to manage and follow up with external vendor's that are getting paid for their service on top of my responsibilities.

      If you have the option in your building, go with a different vendor.

      Horrible customer service. I've been a customer for almost 6 years. No customer loyalty. No American customer service agents. They are crooks that lie and extort your money. I want to move to a different service. Verizon is going down hill.
