      Worest service i had ever had. Their service team was useless and Incompetent, I had a problem with my account and not able to access the billing and contacted service team they transfered to 6 teams and on line for 7-8 hours in three different sessions and insttead of resolving my issue they made my account mess and lost all access.

      For te last 4 months I was promised a 55 plus discount. never received the discount and finally today was told sme time they offer it and sometimes they don’t. I a transferring out to a company that respects and are honest with me and othe seniors

      I've been waiting for this ****** gift card for a while now and haven't heard anything. Im starting not to be happy because now I feel like they used it to get ppl service and don't want to own their part.

      terrible terrible terrible service. i have had fios for almost 2 years and the service is terrible. i have never been avble to watch a movie through without interuption or feel like im buffering a ******* channel . i pay 220 a month and i get horrible service. Fios does not care they giver ******** excuses on the phone but dont do **** to rectify the problem. bury the lines deeper and provide a conduit that protects the service line, they are lazy and are completlely half ***** when it comes to providding service while they take your money every month .. i hate fios and *******.. these companies dont care about you as long as they get there money every month, i cant even enjoy a 2 hour movie without major problems with service . they **** and people need to stand up and tell them all to do better

      I have been a Verizon customer since January 2025 and my experience has been deeply disappointing. Upon signing up, I explicitly requested to opt out of a particular service. Despite clear communication, it took nearly three months to have this request properly addressed, which was completely unacceptable.

      Additionally, I have been restricted from setting up automatic payments on my account. This restriction was imposed without any prior notice, explanation, or opportunity to resolve the issue beforehand. It was only after a full month — and multiple complaints — that I received an email notifying me of the restriction. This after-the-fact communication was neither helpful nor acceptable.

      Throughout this process, I have encountered consistently poor customer service. I’ve never been able to speak with a single point of contact.The lack of continuity and accountability has made what should be simple problems unnecessarily stressful.

      I deeply regret choosing Verizon as my service provider, especially after being advised against it by peers. The experience has left me feeling misled, ignored, and frustrated. I am seeking acknowledgment of these issues, a resolution to the automatic payment restriction, and improved transparency and service moving forward.

      customer service is in non existence i asked for a last statement due to them auto drafting 2600 from
      my account due to the fact my pin is no longer working they won’t give me a statement. if i could give you zero stars i would

      Do not set up your account on auto pay and if you do use an account where only the exact amount can be taken. If they take more, even if the error was on their part, they will not refund you money only statement credit!
