    Ive been a Hone member for 6 months now. I am completely satisfied with the company, customer service, blood kits, and doctors telemedicine meetings. This has been a great journey so far. The questions Ive asked have been answered quickly and efficiently. Ive been very happy with all aspects of this company.

    I cancelled my subscription last month because they couldnt ship to the state I was moving to. Guess what they shipped a new order to my old address and billed me of course. I had previous issues requiring a human response but all I got was a computer generated response with articles not answering my problem. I requested multiple times for a call but only received one after I canceled the first time. I had to call credit card company so they cant bill me next month. I high recommend using a different source for your TRT needs.

    Very slow with refills. Canceled service and still getting charged with monthly membership fees. They make it very difficult to cancel products. I emailed them and stated to stop charging me fees. I canceled my card and they still try to charge fees. Will not refund me past fees they have charged.

    Hey Vincent, as our team explained, you need to complete a cancellation form for us to process that request. As a healthcare provider, if you choose to cancel care with us that is absolutely allowed. However, we are a healthcare company and stopping treatment requires more information from the patient so we can safely end care. Regarding slow refills, your card failed early on which is why refills were slower than normal. We can't process refills until payment is received. 

    You just have to submit the form so we can close the account out. From there, the cancellation department handles any potential refunds. Please fill out the Membership Cancellation Form by going to this link https://help.honehealth.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=8953593623319 in order for us to cancel your membership and medication subscriptions. It will take about 3-5 days to process and then you will receive confirmation of your closed account. Any charges that might occur during the 3-5 day processing will also be refunded.

    Total waste of money. Did the labs set up consults only for the Provider not to show, More than one time. They had me upload things several times. Then when you try and leave a comment on their community page it won't let you unless you are saying something good about the company.

    I'm really happy that I signed up with own health. On boarding process was fairly simple and I felt like it was worth the time and money. The whole experience has been very easy and I've recommended them to family and friends. Thank you home health for helping me Better in my life.

    My first communication started July 16 after I'd gotten my home test, they do require more tests than any other company I've dealt with so I expected better overall service. August ********************************************************************************* I asked them about my insurance and a 50% discount code to which they said they didn't work with insurance companies but did get the 50% discount On September 5th I was told my RX had been approved and was being filled by the pharmacy and would send it out in 3-5 business days On September 10th I was texted saying "Records show they were already filled elsewhere on 9/4 and 7/10 for 56 days each and they couldn't fill my prescription until 10/25/24 I immediately called bullsnot on that and requested them tell me what pharmacy filled it, I then went and found my one and only recept from 10/16/23 for two 60 day supplies from my previous provider and texted the same line I'd been texting and nothing,. I've messed them 5 times and reached out to them on ******** and Instagram multiple times each but to no avail I'm under the impression that they fool around and continue charging you while they figure out various ways to hold up your order in attempt to balance out their membership fees VS medications. Keep in mind I've been charged twice already and accused of pharmacy shopping for ************, no one has told me who this other pharmacy or physician is who's filling other prescriptions in my name which is a felony. I'll repeat the same thing I've told them several times already No one filled anything in my name, not today with everything and I mean everything tracked digitally as well as immediately, I have no idea what their end game is here but it looks like stall tactics to me. I've been trying to get this done since June of 2024 and it's now September 25 - 2024 four months later, two blood tests and two charges to my bank card and still no prescriptions .....

    Singed yp and paid the $149 membership fee plus another $80 for lab fee and was prescribed ************ replacement injections. 21 days later and still no meds. I have reached out via email several times to see what is the delay and get very generic responses like were working on it. This is looking very much like a scam. I have retained all communications with this company and a very dissatisfied with them. They have no contact by phone number listed which should be a telling sign. If to do it all over again I would have went through my practitioner to get this addressed.

    Hey ***, we're not a scam. Our team is working on your prescription and your meds will be delivered. Hone doesn't take short cuts with our care, so the onboarding process does take longer than expected. There's numerous safety and regulatory checkpoints that need to be crossed before we can fill your first prescription. The good news? This is only with the first order. Each order going forward will be much more automatic and smooth. 

    I referenced your support tickets, and our team has kept you updated. However, they did send the same macro'd response twice, which is not acceptable. I'll make sure this is addressed. Also, if you send support a call back number in the future they will give you a call. Sometimes talking on the phone is better than email. Either way, someone from our team will be in touch to course correct. 

    I've gone ahead and refunded your first month's membership fee ($129), since you shouldn't have to pay until things go the way you expect.

    If youre looking into getting *** treatment look for other local places. They take forever for all the testing and doctors appointments and more testing and cost a lot more than a local place. I waited for two months to get on TRT treatment with hone and when I actually got prescribe ************ I had to take a new test and that was not covered by there monthly payment of $129 and was going to be a extra payment of $50 on top of the prescription of $60. I went to a local place and pay much less than all that. So save your time and money and go local.

    Hey ****, Hone doesn't take short cuts, and safety is #1 with us, unlike most other clinics. Hone is also much more affordable than in-person clinics and we offer better care. If you found something that works better for you than that's awesome. We wish you the best of luck.

    Absolute joke of a company, took ************************************* It was lost in shipping being returned to them. They offered to assist me by sending another test and acted as though not charging for a second test would be doing me a favor. I said Id rather use a different service from another company and requested a refund. They processed only a partial refund despite the fault being with the **** not of mine. I tried calling their number and no matter what option you choose the line takes you to a voicemail as all representatives are busy should have read the reviews on here about this trash start up first.

    Horrible experience with ***************** Approved for TX, provider ordered supplemental labs as a follow up, Hone took my subscription fee but failed to provide products saying I needed to have a consult with a provider. This wasn't communicated to me at the time of signing up. Hone literally took my money and provided nothing in return. After trading several emails stating my disappointment with ***************** I received a **** "follow this link to cancel". To use the word "Health" in their name is a farce. They are not interested in the health of their patients, only in the health of their patients wallets. 100% terrible.
