    SAVE YOURSELF the Time ******************* One of the worst experiences ive ever had with ANY online company, they gave me incorrect test delivery date had to follow up, said I didn't reg my test LIARS showed them where I had 3 weeks after I bought the test I finally get a consult scheduled the Asshat punk kid shows up in his 30's just off the beach with his surfboard in the back ground and starts off the call by correcting me and telling me his name is ** well a****** MY NAME IS COMMANDER but I dint correct you The customer service **** online are great the rest of the experience was a complete and utter s*** show Just buy it off the local guy at ******** These people are LESS professional and wont give you as much help as your local Gym Rat Ive trained for ********************************************************** ANY ASPECT of Body Building

    Hone locked my account access 45 minutes before my labs consultation with a doctor to discuss options. I frantically sent an unlock request, no response. I couldn't reset my password, it was not accessible. I called multiple times and every option was, "leave a message."Well, Hone finally sent an email, "...I see you missed your appointment...you were charged $50 dollars for the doctors time." After it was too late yo meet the doctor via Zoom, then my acount was unlocked and I had full access. I still haven't received an email apologizing for their screw-up. I called my bank and reversed that $50 dollar theft.

    Sorry for the trouble here. However, Hone didn't intentionally lock you out of your account, but after failed log in attempts your account will become locked as a safety measure.

    Tech hiccups can happen, but they're easy to work through if you give our support team a chance to investigate. Hone will also never charge you for an issue like this, and our support team processed a refund earlier this morning.

    A member of our support team will touch base with more info about what happened, and they will make things right. I have gone ahead an refunded you the $45 you initially spent on your at-home test, so as of today you aren't on the hook for any cost until you receive treatment.

    Paid for the labs, keep getting login in now to schedule appointment emails, but there are never any available times. Reached out to their support no response going on a week now. Im not sinking anymore money in to this company and would really just like a refund at this point. I mean if you cant handle the simple things, getting meds on time is really going to be an issue.

    I would check your spam/promotion folders if you're not receiving those emails, sometimes they can end up there.

    Unable to get my $72 refund that Hone promised because I cancelled the bank account they had on file due to fraud. Its been over two months and all I get is the run around and still dont have my refund. Hone has no problem helping themselves to your money but good luck trying to get it back.

    Hey ****, ***** from our support team refunded you on 4/28 before this review, and messaged you on Monday 6/10 to once again confirm this. As she explained, you will need to contact your bank/card company if there is an issue receiving that refund. We can only credit a refund to the card on file, so if that card is no longer active and you cancelled it, then you will need to contact your bank about receiving those funds from Hone. This is not a Hone policy, this is standard practice across all online transactions. Companies can only refund/credit back to the card that was used to place the purchase. Only your bank/card company can assist you with this request.

    I was out of pocket two months worth of monthly membership fees and $600 plus into charges before any medications arrived at the home in the mail. The products ship from ********** so there is a two week long lapse in medications being in my possession here in *******. A lapse in hormonal replacement can be dangerous. Also, reply from anyone at the company takes several days. Final issue was the number of medical supplies shipped, such as alcohol pads, did not match up to the number of syringes sent. No quality control.

    I have been with hone for almost 3 years. There have been a few hiccups but they always resolve the issue fairly quickly and go above and beyond when handling these situations. My life has changed for the best since starting with them. My energy levels and libido have dramatically increased. I feel much better since starting with Hone and hope to have a continued positive experience with them.

    Fairly positive experience with this company. **************** was very responsive for any issues that I encountered. First one was I missed up the home blood draw and they were able to get me switched to a lab. Second one was crystals in the testosterone which they taught me to thaw it out. Only issue I've had is my recent batch of testosterone is a different color, slightly yellowish, but it's been working better than the rest?

    Poor customer service, there is no customer service *********************** number. The only way to contact **************** is through email. Unsatisfactory!

    Absolute joke. Sent in my first test, waited weeks and heard nothing. Then they texted me that my results could not be read. They sent another kit, and said that the lab said I didnt fill the spots with enough blood. Actually I made sure it was covered. After paying for a kit, waiting over a month, then they tell me they want to send a third kit, I asked for a refund, then they went silent in the conversation. Scam. Avoid this company at all costs.

Also, the at-home tests can be finicky and covering the sample card can actually affect how it's analyzed. We can work around this though and help you get set up for success! Easy fix.     First they tell you that cant read the information on the sample card. Then they want all this other information that you have already provided for them. Then they tell you that you changed your email address. This is a scam to get your money dont do it.
