I believe your set up and business model is to make this whole process confusing as possible. I was unable to log on to the upload ID varication twice. This canceled my meeting twice. How do you not have a phone number people can call? No App... Terrible.Hone

Three weeks of back and forth emails since you cannot just call and they ended up billing me wrong. Their fee system is confusing and an email response from them: "It will still ask you to subscribe to your testosterone but no medication charge will be taken from you since we will transfer your prescription to your local pharmacy once you have been approved. I understand that this is quite confusing. This is just our system's way of knowing which medication needs to be processed. "Hone

Everything that everyone else has said has happened to me all at once. I did one consult and the doctor approved me for Testosterone and two other meds. My $120 subscription fee was immediately taken. Then I was asked to do a follow up consult and suddenly got sent one drug and it took three weeks for all of that to happen. Now I am nearing a new subscription renewal and have yet to receive any meds. One is in transit and the other two have yet to be mailed. I cannot get ANYONE on the phone. However, they have the "RIGHT ONE" this time!!! I am definitely going to blast them on social media until it goes VIRAL!!!!!Hone

Terrible experience. I started with them when I did my first at home blood test, they said I needed to retake it and waited two weeks for another one. Took that. Then they made me go to lab corp for blood work, they then asked for another test at lab corp. I already took three and now they want a fourth test. This is all over the spam of 45 days and I was never given a prescription. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAMHone

********************** here. Did blood work just to be told i needed more blood work. If you are company promoting testosterone treatments then why the need for 2 test? The Dr i had consultation with was condescending and talked over me. My levels were in the 200's and he says thats not abnormal???? Im currently under treatment with a Doctor with another provider who is getting me to 800-1000. PS the customer service is horrible too.....Hone

Yep they suck! Dont tell you when your about to get charged more and if you come to realize a prescription has side effects you cant deal with so you need to switch your **, you cant. Nobody to talk to. **************** is an email from your signed in portal only. Nobody to talk to. I was 2 days after my free online FaceTime consultation per month that comes with the service and I just needed a switch in med availability on my account. They made another Dr *********** without asking me which would of charged me an additional $50. I cancelled it in time. Now Ill have to wait 3 months to make the required change. Thats right its literally required for me to take something and they dont want to simply turn off availability of the ** I cant take and turn on the availability of the ** I can take. Not only are they stupid for not making people available to send doctors notes but they are even more stupid cause they would be making $44 more per month off me if they made it available for me to purchase in my account. Just to start its $120 month subscription and $84 a month for **. Total $204.00 per month. Other sources from GenX who bought low T center are about to have at home shots. That place has B12 $15 per shot and fat burner shots $25 per shot. Pretty cool to have a per shot price. The Total price is $280 there but they give you way more quantity. Hopefully the at home is cheaper and Ill be moving to that company shortly. If I wasnt kind of stuck right now financially Id make the switch now. Its annoying dealing with them.Hone
