    Generally, I've been happy with the services provided by Hone. I've been seen by a number of their clinicians, all of which were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, punctual, courteous, and took the time to outline a tailored treatment plan and answer any questions. I have experienced delays in receiving my medication, which has resulted in gaps in my treatment. It seems like Hone has adjusted their practices to alleviate such mistakes, and they provided good customer service, whenever I dealt with an issue. I'd probably give them 4.5 stars, due to the issues I experienced, but since that's not an option, I believe they deserve the benefit of the doubt.

    Process has been super easy to follow with at-home test kits, available for tracking and status updates through profile. We were quickly reached out to to setup a virtual consultation with the doctor - on Easter Sunday (at that!). The Doctor, **** *** was super patient with all our questions, and even complimented my knowledge on the subject. He was incredibly genuine and took the time to explain the process, the options, and potential effects. Really have appreciated how seamless this process has been, and the affordability of it all bypassing the *** process in-market. Will refer friends and recommend!

    I literally placed an order made an appointment for my labs and when I showed up for the labs, its not in the system. Nobodys responding to me. I cant log into the account. It tells me unlock the account. I did that it tells me to reset the password I did that and I cannot login And nobody is responding. Theres no phone number to call so Im basically stuck in out the money I spent.

    my first telemedicine was with Dr ****** *******. she was excellent, empathetic, an excellent listener, and excellent communicator, very interesting, and very efficient. I am pleased with the ultimate outcome which will be that I am getting ************ soon. I overall like the home concept and process. however since I was asked to write a review after already writing a review, I am going to recommend that home fix a number of things. when I first signed up and did my first lab, I started getting texts saying that my lab that I had just done was scheduled for a time now in the past. there is no clear indication, it shows up later in the process, telling you to avoid using cannabis or *** within 24 hours of the lab. I knew to fast and even that wasn't made clear. I used THC within 12 hours not knowing better fortunately it didn't throw out the numbers at all. and I don't know why a person would have to avoid *** for 24 hours. So the instructions were not visible at first and I didn't see these until after the lab. then when I went to schedule my confirmatory appointment, which simply verifies that the ************ levels in the blood are low, there's nothing saying to fast or avoid *** or avoid cannabis. and then after I have my lab scheduled it was too late I had already eaten. then there were other technical issues. I went online at 6:00 a.m., as my appointment was at 9:00, and I tested my audio and visual on my laptop three times on their site. yet when I get to the teleconference they can't see my face though I verified on their site that they should be able to. so we have to do the whole thing on my phone, and I wasn't able to hear half of what the good doctor had to say. so home really needs to fix its instructions to be far more prominent, so that people going to the lab know to avoid everything you're supposed to avoid.and there needs to be a backup system where people can do their appointments by some other means. finally, there was one other technical...

    ******** customer service. Three days straight and cannot get a hold of a human being. Many calls, emails etc. and no one will return or answer a call. Automated "We will respond as quickly as possible" or When is a good time to call you"; however, nobody ever calls. Will never do business with a company like this. It's like they're hiding from you once they get your $.

    Process has been easy, everything happened in my timelabs, meet with my *** and a few days later, i am waiting for my prescription. The internal medicine professional i met with was super knowledgeable and explained everything. I look forward to our next meet in 4 weeks and also to feel myself again :)
