      11 days since I saw a doctor for a prescription refill. 7 days since I told them that this prescription was never sent in. 5 different LifeMD **** and none of them are doing anything other than 'reaching out'. 3 days remaining on my prescription. 0 status updates.This medication is important for me to be able to live and function. They are literally toying with my life and livelihood and none of their people are doing anything about it.

      Made appointment a couple of weeks in advance and appointment was on time and alll went well with Dr ********* ******* on 6/11/25. ** sent to my usual pharmacy, covered by prescription insurance with a copayment commiserate with the cost of the medication. Added on a discount from the manufacturer to make the medication first fill $25. No complaints about that and the visit with Dr ******* was great. Not crazy about the steep membership cost and will have to contemplate that but I assume some of that money goes to the physician which is only logical. Time will tell if I tolerate the treatment and see good results and continue to budget for the membership.

      I have been debited $75 for membership, and have been seeking a refund. There is no one to talk to, and all the numbers they have listed to call have you on hold for 15 minutes no matter time of the day you call!Eventually, a recording states that someone will call you back, but never do!This company has failed me. I believe it to be fake. I will not recommend it to anyone, and I will continue to seek ways to get my refund!

      I would give this company zero stars if I could!!! Started out fine, great customer service, received everything I was supposed to, as promised.. month two everything went wrong, I can only refill every three months, messaged them and they said it was an error on their end. All messages since have not been answered, phone wait is over an hour, so I canceled before the next billing cycle. Do not sign up with this company, no customer support, unable to refill!!

      I signed up and cant get any help with the app to even get an appointment with a doctor. Ive held on the line over 30 minutes 3 times with no one ever answering. Reading the reviews here tells me Im never going to get the weight loss treatment I need.

      Vague marketing techniques. Tbey you to believe initial payment is for the drugs, however its just an initiation charge. They do not sent out shipments in a timely manner resulting in missed doses and you cannot speak with a supervisor or medical representative for up to two weeks wait.

      I have been using Life MD since August and until April, I have not had many problems. I am now on day 9 of waiting for a refill and a response. Their customer service is absolutely stunningly horrible. I have emailed several times, called the number, and have started messaging every single day with no success. I paid over $700 for this service and I feel pretty scammed right now.
