      I started using LifeMD in November 2024 and the customer service was very good, responding quickly and refilling scripts efficiently. Since my last refill request 10days ago, I've gotten nothing but empty promises IF I get a response at all. Stay away...FAR, FAR away!

      *** been using this company since Sept 2024 Im mostly happy with them, *** lost 15 lbs on the lowest dose. I plateaued and simply stayed the same weight for 4 ish months so I switched to a higher dose in April- *** yet to see more results but Im still hopeful. *** never had any issues with receiving the medication nor with the care team promptly answering any questions, although I did hear there is now a bs membership fee they charge that does not go toward the cost of the meds. I have lost some hair along the way while taking these meds, but *** read that is a side affect from ***********.

      Started March 2025 without a catchthen the problems began. 1) appointments were not convenient, 2) appointment times were constantly changed without significant time to respond, 3) when appointments were rescheduled, it affected medication delivery times. This was an ongoing issues that never seemed to be corrected. They seem happy to take your money, then have total disregard for you as an individual.Find another option, stay away from life MD

      Like most of the others, this is a rip off. They did great on the first 2 prescriptions but thats it. You get no more!! Been waiting on my 3rd refill since mid April and continues to show pending. They cannot answer when it will be refilled, knowing Im out now. So I just cancelled.

      Dr. ****** represents what it means to be a great and caring provider. She truly listens to her patients concerns and respects their medical choices. Rare to find a doctor *** both advises and shows genuine support in providing the best care for a patients health.

      If I can put negative mines reviews I will! They are scamming people. They are lying to you. Be careful what you paying for. They advertise ******* but its not including medications youll pay just for doctor scam. Dont trust them!!!! Safe your money

      THESE ARE CRIMINALS COMMITTING FRAUD THE PRICE THEY SAY YOU PAY IS DOUBLED AFTER ORDERING. THEY DRAINED MY BANK AND WON'T RESPOND TO MESSAGES. THEY DRAINED MY BANK AND HAVEN'T EVEN APPROVED THE PERSCRIPTION. ABSOLUTELY UNETHICAL!!! Scam and fraud

      This company in the beginning was great. Now with all of the legal cases coming to a close with the compounding pharmacies, they are having issues with getting medications out to their customers. I've had a prescription in since 4/9/2025 and it has been bounced around to three different pharmacies and I still have not received it as of 5/18/2025. I keep contacting customer service and was finally given an answer that my medication should have shipped out by 5/16/2025. It didn't. I reached out again and got the standard "it's at the pharmacy and it takes 10 day to process" which is just a way for them to check **** that there's no outstanding requests waiting to be answered. I really liked them in the beginning but this has left such a sour taste in my mouth with my last bit of weight to loose that I've started looking else where to get my medication because I've gone 3 weeks with NO medication and they don't seem to be able to do anything to get this resolved.

      Life MD told me I was too old to get the weight loss shot! I needed to let them know I am already getting it at the place I get my *****. I guess 64 years old you should crawl in a hole and die. The jokes on you LIFE MD

      ** at best. As others have reported- neglect, apologies, thank you for your patience-blah, blah, blah. Bottom line, they are a "pill mill".. Moving on.
