      This company is horrible. I placed an order not knowing it was a subscription. They drafted money out of my bank account. I called for four straight days til finally someone answered. I told them that I wanted to cancel the subscription they did that for me I asked for refund and told them I would send products back that havent even arrived at my house yet and they said no refunds DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

      Please do not sign up. I have sent 3 emails to cancel my subscription the same day I signed up. The emails bounced back saying it does not exist. I signed up on 7/04/23 and try to cancel minutes after signing up because it misleading. You have to keep paying and the prices are misleading because it goes up and up. I never spoke to a doctor or anyone. My credit card was charged. If anyone knows any information on how to cancel please help.

      FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD ZERO STARS Stay away!!! They charge you, no refunds, reject you for things not stated upfront or in any policies (Literally just excuses) They don't respond to you for over 2 weeks! When they send you to get lab orders they tell you one place but on the actual lab order it's a different place, so you either have to find the right place (wasn't any near me) or pay out of pocket because they refused to reorder the lab order to the correct place they told you. And you already pay for the lab fees upfront- so you get screwed 3x with money. They reject any and all health insurance without even looking into it (also not stated anywhere on their website or any policies). When you call the number under Contact us- it's to a 3rd party nurses line for emergencies only. No business line. No way to cancel your account. It is ridiculous. These people need to be sued for fraud, discrimination, among other things. This is the worst company and plays on people's health which is disgusting. This company is a bunch of preditors! ANd needs to be stopped!

      SCAM!!! ZERO STARS!!!Signed up and quickly realized they were overpriced and that I could get a price locally. Cancelled the plan immediately and then was told there is a no refund policy and they would not refund me. I called multiple times and tried to be reasonable. They Kept telling me theyd talk to a supervisor that didnt exist. Total scam. Had to get the bank involved to get my money back.Total scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND

      I used this company once to get some medication. And now Im getting charged monthly for something I dont need and I cannot cancel. I have emailed and called to no avail. The first email to cancel this subscription was made on sept. 30, 22 it is now April I have been charged once again. If youre looking for help from a MD please look elsewhere!

      Easy to use, straight forward and cuts the costs of medical care. You can see a doctor for about $50 and have prescriptions sent to a pharmacy of your choosing on the same day. Love it

      Wish I could leave No Stars! Do not buy into their subscription! Their website is useless for cancelling! (You HAVE to call to cancel apparently, email correspondence is not accepted.) I have email correspondence on my end with them agreeing to cancel, however, person I spoke with has 'no record of that' ( I have the email still) but somehow they have record of me calling to cancel on a date that I was out of town and out of cell service! (Plus, I was under the impression at that time that my subscription was cancelled, so I wouldn't have called until I got home 2 days later and had a shipment delivered- AGAIN!) No record on my end for the call! They continue sending shipments, and if you don't call to get authorization to return, and just put 'Return to Sender' on package, you are out that money!! Product itself may work for some, but not me. It made my scalp ridiculously itchy!

Several additional orders were made pursuant to the subscription to which **************** agreed when making her initial purchase. The most recent order occurred on July 8, 2022. **************** represented that she was interested in cancelling her subscription, so we have cancelled her subscription going forward. We have also issued an RMA code for the July 8 order. If **************** returns the Shapiro MD product using that code, we will issue a refund for the July 8 Order. Considering this cancellation and refund offer, we consider this complaint to be closed. Shapiro MD
