      SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Canceled within 5 minutes and was told refund was submitted. Clearly the employees dont know their own policies because I was told the refund would be within ***** days. **************** for billing is terrible specifically ******* who would not let me talk. I hope someone intervenes and puts this dishonest company out of business. I did some research but clearly any positive comments were written by someone affiliated with the company trying to boost ratings. With I would have checked BBB. Will do that going forward.

      Lied about pricing. I never signed up for recurring charges, had zero contract with them for 3 months, and they billed me again. Not upfront with information. Advertised a medication, then provided generics that arent proven or approved by **** SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE

      I placed this order and two days later, I lost my job. I called LifeMD and I asked them to cancel my order since my order had not been processed yet. I also let the agent know that I had lost my job and that I couldnt afford the medication at this time. The agent replied that the only thing he could do was to cancel the reoccurring charges for future refills but that he couldnt cancel my original order.About a week later I received the medication and I decided to give it a try. I took the medication about 3 hours before my regular bed time to see if it was going to make a difference (fall asleep before my bed time). I ended up falling asleep about 3 hours after taking the medication which made me believe the medication was placebo but this was not entirely the case. That night I was able to sleep at what it felt like 10 minutes at a time and most were vivid nightmares. This medication made me spend the worse night of my life (tossing and turning and being very alert). I then decided to get out of bed earlier than usual to try to get this out of my system as soon as possible.

      SCAM!!!!! DO NOT sign up on this site!!!I paid for my subscription on September 18th. My first provider didn't show up for my intake appointment, and then I had to wait a week before I could see someone else. After seeing my new provider, they kept trying to charge the wrong card for my medicine. When the charge finally went through, I was never notified that they had charged me; I just happened to see it on my bank account. I contacted them to find out where my medicine was and they said they cant provide a tracking number, and it could take ***** business days for me to receive my medicine. It is now October 13, and I still don't have any medication but they have now swindled me out of a total of $507.75.Better Business Bureau shows tons of complaints very similar to mine against this company, and there was a class action lawsuit against them for this in 2021. I wish I had done better research before signing up and paying them money.

      DO NOT SIGN UP!!! I signed up and they "claim" to have done an benefits check, alhough they never let me know that they did one. I had to ask if the meds would be covered. I contacted them 4 times for a refund and cancellation of my account and no one would respond. Finally I was able to get a hold of someone who was helpful and refunded me SOME of my money but told me since they did do a benefits check they could only refund me some of my money. Charging me $130 for a benefits check is RIDICULOUS!! There was NO proof a benefits check was even done and there is NO justification to charge that much for this service. I work in Healthcare and this is so easy to do and takes hardly any time at all, just a few minutes. Stay away from them, they just want to take your money and will do nothing for you.

      While I understand that everyone is trying to make a buck. To live the ******** dream. But the amount of pop-up scammers and opportunist trying to ******* unsuspecting consumers, who are simply trying to exist and get the most bang for their buck in this inflated economy is horrific. That being said, this "business" is the most unethical pseudo "telemedicine" company. Their marketing is a scam, their products are overpriced and don't even do what they are advertised to do. If they were a reputable company they would at least afford the consumer a period within which to return the product if we aren't completely satisfied. That is the practice of a company with integrity and who really cares for their customers. PLEASE, PLEASE people be cautious. Buyers beware!!!!!!

      I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. Not as clear-cut as they advertise. I paid $387 for a membership and I thought I knew what I was getting based on their website, advertisements, emails, etc. but it was not at all like what I read. Once I quickly realized this I reached out to cancel my membership to receive a refund, I was only subscribed for a very short period and didn't end up getting to use any services. I reached out on the app and via email explaining the situation (multiple times). I received one response that someone from customer service would reach out to me. Still haven't heard anything and I followed up as well. Currently in the middle of a dispute with my card to deny the charges. They are misrepresenting themselves and customer service is horrible, not at all what you should get from a "doctor's ******* or "telehealth service".

      I'd recommend avoiding this shady "clinic." I signed up and paid money for a weight loss program. I had an initial televisit with a doctor (who went to med school in *************, I later found out) and was told I qualified for the weight loss program. Weeks went by and I heard nothing else. My messages were often unreturned. When someone bothered to return my call, I was given the runaround. They had my money, but they provided no medical services other than the initial televisit. Suddenly, out of the blue, they called me to tell me they are no longer offering weight loss services and they dropped me as a patient. They couldn't tell me why. They ignored my requests for medical records and could provide no explanation. This is a shady organization, in my opinion, that fails in its ethical doctor-patient responsibilities. Be careful!
