    I love the daily rise gummies, but when I tried to find something for PE. Make sure you pick the one you want. I told the "doctor" I didn't want sildenafil and wanted a daily like sertraline. They don't read the messages and just approve the one you clicked on so they can just charge you. 24/7 is a lie I have 3 unanswered messages. To the "care team" they are ignoring it. Oh and all sales final. So they won't take the meds back i told them I didn't want.

    This is a Scam. I was ripped off $245. They are not responding to my messages, and you cannot get a hold of anyone on their 1800 number.

    Similar issues as other reviews. They did not mention additional fees for meds until after signing up. I was willing to look past this and give the next month a try, but after putting on my intake I was on the med already I was sent the smallest vial possible. I informed them I had switched to them for a more cost effective and attentive service and no answer. Additionally the medication came 2 days late and when I opened it everything was warm. I have reached out over the past three days and no response. I am beyond angry with this company. ******** customer service and a scam. Very much want a refund as the medication is useless now that it was delivered warm.

    Trust these other negative reviews!I am extremely frustrated with Ro's service. March 23rd I was approved for ********. Its April 4 and finally somebody emailed me back. Nearly 2 weeks after I asked them a ton of follow up questions. The response time for any inquiries is excessively long, leaving me waiting for days. I had clearly communicated to the physician that I would be paying for my medication in cash, and they acknowledged this. However, after nine days of silence, my medication still hadn't arrived at the pharmacy, despite being told it was sent. They came back and told me that I was no longer on Blue Cross, but on ********* which means that they had intentions on billing my insurance for what? The fact is, they couldnt get more money from Medicaid.Again, I was going to pay cash out-of-pocket. They acknowledged that it was OK. The physician said no problem. Good luck in trying to get anybody to answer any questions within a reasonable timeframe. This company is absolutely a horrendous joke. I advise you just to stay away and before they come back with some idiot rebuttal to my review. Theres no lousy excuse and rebuttal you idiots can say to justify that your company is trash. Are all these One star reviews lying? You guys seriously need to restructure your company because you ****. To make matters worse, they charge a fee for their services while simultaneously billing your insurance, essentially double-dipping. This practice feels dishonest and unprofessional.I was able to go see a regular doctor in person. Pay a fee. Now Im on the Zepbound pen MUCH faster than these yo yos could get me any care.

    BIG SCAM THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SLOWLY DISTANCE THEMSELVES. I RECEIVED A REFUND OF 145 A MONTH THEY didn't send and a STUPID MEMBERSHIP FEE THAT DOES NOTHING ADDED ON FEES ....RUN DO NOT LISTEN TO THOSE REVIEWS ON THE SITE .THOSE ARE PAID PEOPLE AND RECEIVE FREE WEIGHT LOSS DRUGS FOR TESTIMONY

    I signed up over 3 weeks ago and promptly paid the initial fee. On the same day, I received a lab order (not covered by insurance), which I completed the next business day. Despite repeated follow-ups over the following weeks, I received only generic responses citing high demand, with no concrete updates on the status of my lab results. It was only after I canceled my subscription that I finally received a detailed explanation regarding the issue.I found it especially troubling that I only received a substantive response when my cancellation coincided with the impending increase of the monthly fee by $100.I trusted Ro with my healthcare needs, and this experience has been extremely disheartening.

    Terrible customer service. They are expensive and when you have an issue they will not respond to your emails. No phone number to talk to an actual human. Terrible company, just the worst.

    Beware Dont be fooled! If I could give Ro no stars I would. Do not subscribe to this membership its only a scam to steal your money. They hook you in by telling you that they can get you the brand name pen but they offer a single-dose substitute compound for $500 a shot plus $145 per month membership. No insurance company will approve the brand unless you are a diabetic. No consideration to provide prevention even if you are pre-diabetic. After they take your money they tell you this and that you can purchase the brand pen for $1000-$1300. This falls under ***** and the company should be sited for unfair,deceptive and abusive practices.

    I had a truly disappointing experience with ********. I signed up using a promotional offer that promised a free month credits were applied, and my membership was active. During that time, a prescription was issued. Later, when my insurance denied coverage, I requested to pay out-of-pocket through LillyDirect. Shockingly, I was told the prescription couldnt be sent unless I paid for another month even though it was issued when my membership was active.This is deceptive. The promotional credits were presented as a full month of service, but now theyre saying I have no access unless I keep paying? Thats misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch. Ive read their terms of use, and theres nothing stating that a prescription becomes invalid if you dont renew. Theyre gatekeeping access to a medication Im willing to pay for out-of-pocket which is not only unethical but borders on abuse.Customer service has been slow, dismissive, and refuses to escalate. Ive never left a bad review before, but I want others to be warned. Im in the process of filing a formal complaint and disputing the charge. ******.
