    Ii joined Zealthy and ordered weight loss medication. I paid ****** plus the membership fee through ******. I never received any medication or products from Zealthy. They kept saying I needed to update my payment information before they could send my medication despite the fact I had already paid for the medication. I filed a dispute through ****** and they provided falsified documents stating I was sent medication. I have numerous emails confirming I never received medication but i have not been able to get help with a resolution.

    I enrolled in the Zealthy program for weightliss. After paying the ****** fee my treatment shoukd have been shipped but remained in pending status for 2 weeks plus. During this time customer service was responding to my inquiries. I finally lost patience and canceled and I have no received no responses to my ongoing inquiries for refund.

    Registered with Zealthy, Inc. for a weight loss program. Assigned a provider who prescribed a medication at dosages that would increase monthly for three months. When the medication arrived, the prescription on the medication box was less than what the provider ordered. This translates into my having paid for more medication than i received. I have brought it to their attention several times since March 17th without any response.

    This provider, Zealthy, has been collecting my monthly payments without providing proper service. My 'monthly' prescription, was last filled correctly on December 24th 2024. Since then, I've sent zealthy's team messages on 9 separate occasions in the patient portal, 2 emails, and numerous phone calls (I was hung up on by the call center agents 3 different times, I asked for a supervisor call back 2 times and never received a call). Zealthy is also continuously trying to sell me their in-house GLP-1 medication without insurance coverage, which is not *** approved and has not been proven safe. My weight, along with my lipids and out of range lab results, have been getting worse and I have been unable to control them without the medication. My medication was discontinued abruptly and have not been able to get resolution ever since. This is actively causing me harm and will inevitably harm my chronic diseases as time passes. I have emphasized the urgency of this issue more times than I'm physically capable to Zealthy, yet their negligence is still not subsiding. I am simply asking for resolution of this case without me needing to file a malpractice lawsuit, but I'm not sure how much further I can handle this without professional help from an attorney.

    I sent the following letter to Zealthy. Once I paid the membership due, I found that they would only prescribe me a medication I am already prescribed by my doctor and pay 5$ co pay for which is *********. To receive the *********** you have to pay an additional ****** a month which is not properly advertised. Memberships that are canceled by the 24hrs should be refunded.I am writing to formally address a concern regarding my recent prescription charges. I have been prescribed [medication name], and I noticed an unexpected membership fee of [*****] that was not clearly advertised at the time of purchase. Additionally, I found hidden charges on my prescription that were not disclosed prior to the ************** a customer, I believe that all fees should be transparently communicated before any charges are applied. I am requesting a review of my account and a refund for any charges that were improperly disclosed or not properly advertised.Below are the details of the transaction:Medication: *********** Date of purchase:4/3/25 Amount charged: ***** membership fee I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution.     I had a subscription with Zealthy for their weight loss plan. I intended to utilize this service to get a prior authorization approved by my insurance. I made them aware that I did not wish to receive compounded weight loss medications several times. Once they could not get the prior authorization approved, I asked them to not charge me moving forward as I (again) do not want their compounded medication. They continued to charge my payment method on file for $135 for their compounded drug subscription. After five messages, 3 of which received no response, I am at the end of my know-how to correct the situation

    The transaction occurred on March 26, 2025 I signed up for their weight loss program they charged me $39 and $670 they told me I was not eligible because Im on ******** and would get back to me in regards to a refund no one has gotten back with me I did notice that the $39 dollars has been returned but nothing regarding the $670

    Good morning. Since I can not get past some person named "*****" after 2 weeks of multiple daily messages on the portal, emails, and countless daily phone calls I am resorting to contact you.I first started your weight loss program on 8/6/2024 (first membership billing of $135.00/mo). Since this initial billing I have been billed 19 times for monthly billing at a total rate of $2,565.00. According to the standard Gregorian calendar I should have been billed for a total of 7 months at a total rate of $135.00/mo for a total of $945.00. This means I was overbilled for your monthly membership by $1,********** let's get to the medication issues. On March 31, 2025 I was billed $2,569.00 for the same prescription at the same dosage of Tirzepatide prescribed at a dosage of 10mg/wk. I was to receive 3 - 60mg vials of Tirzepatide, yet the 3rd vial on the order was not Terzepatide but a 60mg vial of ***********. The instructions were to inject 50mg per week for 12 weeks. This was exactly the same as the last prescription which was billed at $1,569.00 on January 28, 2025.When I called and asked to speak to accounting about the cost "*****" who stated that I could NOT talk to accounting and that the charges were correct.I tried to re-order the correct prescription on 4/2/25 on the website and on April 5th I received a message in my prescription order history that I will receive 1 - 10mg vial of *********** & 1 - 20mg vial of ************** date I have been overblled at a minimum of $5,399.00 just for the 12 extra monthly membership fees & the $2,569.00 for the wrong prescription (which was cancelled). These figures do not include the latest charge of $1,075.00 and $135.00 on April 5, 2025.I do believe 2 weeks of multiple daily communication attempts with this company is excessive & completely irresponsible on the part of the Zealthy employees (specifically this "*****" who refuses to transfer me to anyone).

    My name *** ********. I placed order *********** and was prescribed on February 23, 2025. My card was charged for $670 (3 months supply of *********** 8 mg vial for $454 and 2 months weight loss membership for $216). The person from Zealthy ****** confirmed the order.On March 1, I reached out since the order still shown pending., the another message on March 13, 2025. The next day on March 14, ***** *. responded and said they will created a pharmacy escalation for further investigation, and I should received an update 3-5 business days., On March 21 and 24, I reached back since I didn't get any update.On March 25, I sent email to the customer service, and I received response from ***** ***** asking me for order details. I gave my details on March 27, and waiting for the response but again no reply. I sent messages both through the app and email on April 2nd, but still no response.
