I signed up for Zealthy after seeing an advertisement that claimed it was $39 for the first month of their weight loss program. After paying, I was told I would need to pay an additional $151 just to receive the actual medication. I was misled into thinking the $39 covered my first month of treatment, not just a consultation. I never received any medication or service beyond an online form. I emailed them twice to cancel, asked not to be contacted again, and requested a refund but was told they would not refund because the membership is non refundable however it was not made clear enough throughout the process Fine print alone does not absolve a business of the responsibility to ensure transparency and customer *************** is a reasonable consumer expectation to be eligible for a refundparticularly when the service does not meet expectations or was not used. I believe the lack of clearer, more prominent disclosure during sign-up is a customer service issue I am requesting a full refund for the misleading charge.Business Response

I was Interested in learning about the program she seen on the internet it described a program were she would receive the dite mediction being cheaper and mailed to me so I signed up with my wife ******* ********* to speak with a medical doctor about receiving the medication threw mail it said that it was 39 dollars to order the medication once we paid the money it never said anything about a membership fee that would be 4 times the amount paid or that it was going to charge us every month on top of it they never maid a doctor even available for us to talk to so we called canceled everything having anything to do with them they said it would be handled and a month later I received a ************************************************************************* I cant cancel its a membership after I said that when I called a few weeks ago they said they would put my cancellation threw and never did so I tried to cancel again and they just kept saying its a membership I cant cancel so I called and reported my card lost or stolen and I went to look them up on the bbb and seen the law suit filledBusiness Response

I never authorized $670.00 off my card. I paid ***** talk to a coach took my card right off . I never went to the second screen to order anything. i never talked to anyone to authorize money to come off my card. I find out today the medicine was shipped and has been sitting on my front porch for days. I use my back door so i never saw it or authorize it. in the message she said she was sending meds without talking to me first. mind you i never check the box to authorize the amount. i have more text messages also. i never even knew. i call them and been given the run around . i explain who told you ship the meds. supervior callback let phone ring one time and hung up. i havent been able to get a supervior.Business Response

On april 1 i decided to join Zealthy, i had been looking at other providers of GLP-1 and everyone is expensive no matter what. But I liked the information that was provided on the website and it was hard to resist the introductory offer for care for only 39 dollars Everything certianly in the start felt very good, and I felt like they were really providing me with good care and advice. the site basically tell you, you can get zepbound for less, but they dont actually say, but we will recommend the compound one first, i accepted their prescription as it said zepbound, not realising it was the compound, which really isnt that different in price than the zepbound out of pocket. So i contact them asking if its OK 1) to switch to a compound and 2) can we just try for the zepbound and not the compound...no response, they charge me pretty immediately, and then they send a tracking info, that never updated, and while thats happening, im getting text after text about messages that dont exist, so now im feeling gaslighted since, i would go check for a message and there was nothing. When I got an answer, miraculously it was AFTER i recieved the prescription, and for 5 days the tracking didnt update, but when i got the meds, it did and they tried to make it seem like, the informaiton was always there. Cut to, I open the box which was sealed very well, and had good icepacks but instead of multiple vials, there is only 1 and the vial box was crushed, and clearly tampered , I immediately contacted them, and guess what, 4 days later, they respond with responses that have nothing to do with my questions, or complaint. I will not pay for this, i have proceeded to get Klarna to stop payment.Business Response

Has been having issues since I created an account with this business regarding orders not being filled, having them try to charge my card way more than what was stated when signing up, getting the runaround from ***************** where they indicate I'll get a call back that doesn't happen or an email or message, that also doesn't happen.This business updated my order profile for an unknown reason after an inquiry that they cannot seem to fix, which is causing orders not to be filled. Also has caused significant delays in receiving my orders. Overall, having to deal with both refill orders not being done correctly and billing issues has resulted in over 10+ contacts to this company, including having to deal with spam as they were texting me and emailing me over multiple times in a week for a billing issue caused by them on their side. Their solution wasn't to fix the issue but to just sign out of having these communications, which in turn has resulted in order information not being sent to me.Business Response

Attached are screenshots of their website.
Multiple agents both in chat and over the phone have indicated that I paid for 4 months worth of this service, however, they are now backtracking stating that it was only for 3 months.

I purchased a membership through Zealthy and received no support from their customer service no communications through their customer service agents and the coaching was nonexistent I canceled my membership and asked for a refund for the month because they charged it after I canceled it they have refused to give the refund citing that its nonrefundable yet would not acknowledge that I canceled the membership and they already Processed the money. Their customer service has been nonexistent and its been over a month of back-and-forth and being bounced around between agents before receiving any sort of yes or no answer. on March 26, 2025 I saw a promotion saying try ******* or similar medication for weight loss, for only $35 the first month. So with that I understood paying $35, I get the prescription. Well it turned out that is only the cost of "membership" and the meds cost other $199, that I don't have and cannot pay for. then I canceled and have been trying to get my money back, they said that membership cost is non refundable. Ii joined Zealthy and ordered weight loss medication. I paid ****** plus the membership fee through ******. I never received any medication or products from Zealthy. They kept saying I needed to update my payment information before they could send my medication despite the fact I had already paid for the medication. I filed a dispute through ****** and they provided falsified documents stating I was sent medication.
