      The reservation that was made after Hurricane in *******, ***** I was very unacceptable that I have to be sent to a Hotel with NO POWER,WATER AND POINT OF CONTACT NO PHONES. IN ORDER I REACHED BACK OUT TO CHEAPOAIR FOR A FULL REFUND ON A PLACE THAT I WAS TURNED AWAY FROM BY THE MANAGER AND CLERK TO BE TOLD BY THE REPRESENTATIVE OF CHEAPOAIR THAT I HAD TO WAIT 5 DAYS FOR A RESPONSE FROM THE ***** I MADE RESERVATIONS AT AND CONFIRM I DIDN'T CHECK IN THAT *****. THAT IS BATASS CRAZY AND KEPT GETTING DISCONNECTED FROM THE REPRESENTATIVE OF CHEAPOAIR CALLING BACK SEVERAL TIMES VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE CONDITIONS. I WANT MY REFUNDFOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED DURING MY STAY IN ******,***** at the *********************** . I WANT MY REFUND RETURNED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY. THANKS FOR YOUR COOPERATION ON THIS MATTER .SINCERELY *************************

      I was trying to cancel a flight wen I was told it was non refundable but never was told or advised this information in a readable place an employee had to guide me into another click on to find this information and then it only said most were non refundable which doesnt say which ones are most this company in my opinion is misleading. Then later in our conversation he said that if I had tried to cancel within ********************************************************************************************** just that ticket. This flight is not even the correct flight or air line and I need a refund and theyre telling me nothing can be done but yet they dont make that known in a visual area I understand its my first time ever flying but if you listen to our call you can see he literally had to help me find the place to click on to find the information about cancellation I also have tried reaching out to the airline and no possible way of communication

      Satisfied by choosing CheapOair, try to recommend to my friends to use CheapOair in there travel plans. My only concern is , I am a senior passenger and I am requesting for wheel chair in the duration of my flight . Hope the airline will assist me. Thank you!
