      Horrible rip off misleading customers to sale cheap flights when its fees you have to pay for seats and bags

      Thank you for your feedback. Many airlines are now charging for things that use to be part of the ticket purchase such as seats, baggage, and even food and drinks. These are airline decisions that we, as an agency, have no voice in. We regret any inconvenience or frustration.

      Sold us 4 airline tickets. We were denied boarding passes because the tickets were for 70+ seniors instead of adults. We had to purchase new tickets from the airline at twice the price. When we called them they told us that there was nothing they could do and refused to give a refund.

      So far, I'm impressed. Fast. Efficient. Although it costs more, I look forward to a better flight on United. Last time I took Spirit and my life was H*** Spirit is cheaper by a bit but their service absolutely *****. Terrible. i will never fly them again.

      Helpful agent in changing return flight to get on same plane as my sister wish it had not cost more. Not sure I applied for discounts, bug I could not find way to get discount code when I originally booked my flight on same day I changed return flight.
