      I tefuse to pay extra for seats I have already pitched by buying a ticket. Such fees are pure grift.

      Thank you for your feedback. Many airlines are now charging for the opportunity to pre-assign seats. The other option is that you can wait until you check in for your flight and they will assign a seat at no cost for you from the seats that are available at that time. This is an airline policy that we, as an agency, have no voice in. We regret any inconvenience.

      Needs more assistance in securing travelling bags.. it should be included in the flight. Easier for passengers and more money to the airlines.

      Thank you for your feedback. Baggage rules are set by the airlines. Many are now offering fares that do not include baggage. It is an airline policy that we, as an agency, have no voice in. We regret any inconvenience.
