      Terrible. We book a flight. It doesn't allow bags. You have to pay for bags separately, but it doesn't allow you to do it. It also shows a price, but then adds fees when you go to select a seat. WHAT? Then you get an email that your payment was declined for some reason (corporate card with no limit...) and you book elsewhere because the first experience was terrible. Then, after 24 hours have passed, you get an email saying you have a balance due on your booking??? You call, the automated menus don't work. You finally talk to someone that doesn't speak English as her first language and she tells you that you waited more than 24 hours to cancel so you have a fee. What a joke. Not worth it. I booked the same exact flights, with luggage and seat choice included for $100 (now almost $200 thanks for their crappy fee) cheaper.
