      I booked a flight through cheapoair. I accidentally booked the wrong date. It wasnt even a date that was nearby as well, it was almost 2 weeks in advance. I noticed it immediately after and tried to get it resolved. Was initially told I had to wait until it was processed. Waited a few hours and did it again. They sent the request and to check back in a couple hours. I checked again in the morning and same thing happened and was told to check back in another couple hours. Which I did again, was told again to check back in 30 minutes. Contacted again a couple hours later and was told that I couldnt cancel even within 24 hours.Was told it was the airlines policy, which luckily I was at the airport and wanted to confirm that or not. Even though they couldnt do much they said that is not their policy and were baffled by that nonsense policy. Representatives told me to contact the airline directly, ironically the staff at the airline right before that said the 3rd party lies and tells the customer to talk to the airline to see if they can help with the issue even though they cannot.

      CheapoAir is a scam buyers beware I have purchased a ticket for round trip,but then the ticket was for one way on Sept 15 2024 for ****** I canceled immediately,just wanted to fo see my aging mom I was told I would get my refund in 7-14 days Call on 10/1/2024 to be told that they tried to refund my money but my bank or card wouldn't accept a refund,called my bank and was told no refund was entered, Call CheapoAir again to be told that they are waiting for the Airlines to refund my money then they will issue my refund,They are a scam do not go onto there website it's a lot of Indian Asian that answering your call from different areas, like parking lots or garage a lot of noise "please they are not thrust worthy" you will not get your money back and they will gave you the runner around for your own money or try to take half of it, when you have worked so hard for your money

      This was my first time purchasing tickets through CheapoAir, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I bought two tickets for a trip from *** to ************** and was assured by the company that everything would go smoothly. However, when I arrived at ***, I realized I had only 10 minutes to make my international connecting flight. According to the website, you have to be there at least two hours prior to departure for an international flight. This was an impossible task, and as a result, I missed the flight.What made the situation even more frustrating was that I had been in contact with CheapoAir before my departure, and they assured me that everything would be fine. Despite this, the company not only failed to support me when the connection issue arose but also threatened to send me to collections for additional fees.I should have listened to the numerous negative reviews about this company. My experience reflects many of the concerns other travelers have raised. For anyone considering using CheapoAir, I would advise extreme caution. This company does not prioritize customer service or smooth ********************** experiences. Buyer beware.

      Continually take your money without providing the service. Chat service only knows to charge you even with credit from previous purchases not used. Got upset because I questioned putting my credit card information in a chat and not the secured link. Ended that chat after I was charged the change fee of $113 without getting my flight I already paid $600 for. No flight and no resolve and had me on there for 3 hours. Also got mad because I said we been on here for 3 hours and you asking for an additional $50. Couldnt explain what for

      My wife and I booked flights with this company we are going on a cruise and wanted to fly to ***** a day early so we didnt have to rush to get to the port. We booked a hotel and a round trip air fare for the 4th and return the 13th. When my wife went to check us in for the cruise she could not find the return flight. When she did finally find it, it was for the 5th. They wanted us to fly back the day we got on the ship!! So we call Cheap Air and told them our problem , we told them we found a flight on the 13th at the same time as the flight they had us booked for on the 5th. They absolutely refused to work with us. They first told us to call the airline, the airline told us it was up to the third party because they are the ones that booked the flight. After about three hours, four different people and a lot of frustration we were told in not so many words, its not our fault you booked it live with it! We will NEVER use Cheap Air OR ******** ******** EVER EVER AGAIN!! They are more worried about money than customers!

      BUYER BE WARE BUYER BE WARE! I booked travel for family and the flight left without them due to airline incompetence. Cheapoair said they would rebook only charging fees, taxes and fare difference. But the charges were so high it was cheaper to book a new flight on the Cheapoair website! It didnt make sense. I have lost all trust with Cheapoair. I booked again on ******* who I have always had a good experience with but I have lost over $1100 on the first booking with Cheapoair. Not happy.

      Last year in Oct. 2023, I reserved a vehicle thru CheapoAir for the end of April to May at Thrifty Car rental. A month before I was leaving to my destination, I checked to verify no changes occurred to my reservation, but I saw they had reserved an electric vehicle for me when I didnt ask for one. My destination does not have a place for me to recharge the vehicle. I reached out to CheapOAir Car Rental and they said they didnt want to cancel it, for they didnt want me to pay more and will inform Thrifty car rental about the mishap. When I arrived at the Thrifty car rental and showed them my confirmation paperwork, they couldnt find my information in the system. They got me into another vehicle when nothing could be done for an hour. After the exchange, they informed me to contact CheapoAir to get my refund. I reached out to CheapOAir but they only refunded me for the car insurance and the helping service, not including a refund for the car rental. I did not ask for an upgrade when I made the reservation nor did I request for one on the day of my arrival. CheapOAir was told from Thrifty Car Rental how they will not be refunding me, stating I had asked for an upgrade on the vehicle. I never asked for an upgrade! My balance was meant to be a standard payment for the vehicle I originally requested when I arrive, and that is all I wanted to do. Instead, they had me paying close to four times what was requested of me. Explain to me why this happened. The CheapOair and Thrifty car rental personnel are being elusive and aren't assisting me properly. This interaction shows me how no one seems to care and theyre hoping I would back down. I will not back down and I will continue to fight against this injustice that has been done to me. I have been back and forth with CheapOair and Thrifty Car rental since the beginning of this year and it's still on going. I will never use or recommend the services of either company to anyone and I will make sure my experience is heard.

She has advised our representatives that she has questions regarding the charges by the car rental company. They have forwarded a copy of the invoice signed by the customer acknowledging the charges. These charges were done by car rental company employees at the car rental counter and, after investigation, they have advised that the charges are valid. We regret any inconvenience

      Im writing to express my frustration over how my recent flight booking was handled. When I booked, I was told my flight included carry-on luggage. After I paid, I was suddenly informed that I needed to pay an extra $120 because the price had gone up. I wasnt told about this beforehand, but I ended up paying the extra amount to avoid further hassle.After that, I received an email saying no luggage was included at all, even though I was originally told it was. When I reached out to customer service, they said there was a mistake, but no effort was made to fix it.I feel like this whole situation has been incredibly misleading and unfair. Id like a refund for the extra charge and clarity on what happened with the luggage.I hope you can help resolve this issue.

      I had used Cheapoair for years but this last experience has just been unbelievable. First off they list the ticket price and then you go to pick your seats. Sometimes the seats require an extra dollar amount and show you they cost a certain amount of dollars. This time when I ordered the tickets there was no dollar amount shown (only to find out later I was charged 2 different amounts one from the airline ($51) and one added as part of another undisclosed ($59) from cheapoair. My quoted ticket price was $270 from SD to MSP. I ended up paying over $380. I called cheaopair twice who sent me a copy of what the website said I paid because I said no where did it show ANY of these extra charges. The representative sent me the receipt but it only showed the one seat charge that was charged by the airline (which it shouldn't have anyway because it was NOT there when I originally ordered.) I told him this only shows one of the charges and your system shows that. He then says then I'll send you a new one showing more charges!! I said nowhere did it say there was going to be extra charges and your own PROOF doesn't even show it. I get a new "receipt" showing their fee I paid and it's broken down into their agency fee and another seat charge! Needless to say I have been robbed by them after many years of business and referrals (I was originally referred to them by someone at my church.) The $110+ they scammed me out of and displayed terrible customer service is going to cost them far more for these types of business practices. I asked to speak with his supervisor and was denied. I even told him I would pay the extra seat charge because he said it was unrefundable and I figured so what the computer glitches and maybe the airline screwed up somehow with the computer interface...but ALL of these issues and fraudulent business practices and then handled so terribly...no way, no how. Avoid them like the plague now people. This was theft, fraud, and terrible customer service.

      This booking agency *******.com does not even deserve the 1 star but I had to put something. These company is in business to rob people. So my daughter was booked a flight through *********** to get to a medical facility. The first flight we were able to reschedule but the second flight my daughter tried to call and the representative told her she did not have a flight scheduled because they said the flight was not paid for.. so I emailed them a hour before the flight because we did not know what was going on nobody ever responded and now they will not issue a refund or another ticket.. please run away from *******.com
