  CheapOair scammed me for airline tickets that I purchased with cancellation options or hold it for credit After I cancelled online they are giving me a run around Have hung up on me several times and keep sending same redundant responses I have evidence of credit for hold and they still deny reimbursement Their customer service was rude and hung up on me several times when I brought up my legit concerns

  Language difficulty, and lots of hidden costs that are not disclosed up front. Additionally, flying on their airlines means taking flights thousands of miles in the opposite direction where you want to go, then having grossly extended wait times in airport terminals waiting for your next connection, so that you can finally travel in the direction you want to do. Pros: The costs are cheaper in the long run! If not for the reduced airfare, I would surely go elsewhere as I think most of their customers would.

  Lousy air line, no wonder not BBB Accredited!!! I want ****** to tell me how can I get a booking number without paying it. I dont want to pay, I want to use my rewards. If no answer I construed as the **** CheapOair credit card is a SWITH and BAIT tactic- an illegal practice covered by the Fair Trade Commition.

  Hi *****, I am sorry to read you have encountered problems, it does not sound typical of customer experience. In your review, you mentioned CheapO air. We are not CheapO, we do not have an O in our name. Unfortunately, we often get confused due to the similar name but we are not affiliated in any way. Most of our negative reviews are people confusing us with them but we are completely different travel companies. To be safe, I searched for your name and email address in our system but could not locate any history with us. I believe you may have mistaken us with them. We would appreciate it if you would remove this review not intended for our company. We wish you find a resolution to your situation with CheapO air. Thank you

  Cheapoair advertises low pricing but during the booking process, there are several hidden charges and upsells, that you are compelled to buy at rediculous prices, which ultimately negates any value of flight prices. I have had 2 negative experiences booking via Cheapoair and will definitely reconsider other options next time. There is NO ADVANTAGE whatsoever, booking via Cheappair.

  I called cheapoair on Feb 28th because I found a flight on their site that I was interested in online and it would not let me put in my infants information for the flight. I called and the rep said took all of my info including credit card info and tried to book the flight. She came back on the line several times and in the end said she was unable to book the flight that maybe it was no longer available. This flight was only $901 for my family and I and it was with **** airlines. The cheapoair rep then proceeded to book ** on an Aer Lingus flight that was for the same dates and to and from *** to ******, but this flight was much more expensive for $2,700. And so afterward I noticed all of these emails from play airlines saying that we have a flight with them. I contacted cheapoair and the reps there assured me that I did not have a flight with ****, ONLY Aer Lingus. I explained that I was even charged by both airlines. Cheapoair assured me that that was not the case and that if I was showing a charge not to worry it would drop off because I didnt actually have a flight with them. And so I called **** airline to get the charge taken off but they said that I did have a flight with them and that they could see that I personally did not book it they could see that the third party booked it. I have been going back and forth since then with cheapoair to make this right and they insist that they did not book the flight even tho **** airlines said otherwise. I have screenshots that I was on with the cheapoair rep when the **** flight was booked and I have them in chat saying that the 3rd party booked it and they still do not want to resolve this issue, just continuously say they r working on it while my funds are tied up on my credit card because they double charged me.
