      They are easy to take the $ and add a flight but not responsible or resourceful if you have any inconvinience. My flight has been reschedule 3 times and to a point that it not longer serves me but i am not being credited or allowed to change the date ( when they were the ones who initially changed it from my original *************) i a now under 2.8k because they cant do anything according to them when the ariline cause the inconvinience but since i didnt buy direclty with them i am now screwed. go ahead and buy your flight direclty w the airline aqnd save yourself some headeaches.

      The travel agency wrote these in their email to me after I booked a flight.Regarding changes and for assistance you may contact us at our 24/7 toll free call Center -The Travel agents put you on hold for 30 minutes and you think they got it sorted but only to be placed on a long wait again! I was slapped with $74 long distance call because the number is not toll free as the agency claims in paper. ****** learned.

      i bought tickets from this site and never will again i paid for seats and the airlines said they were not paid for even know i have proof of the sale and then cheap air air told me to purchase some travel assist to fix it ,if i could give 0 stars i would but it wont let me and they definite dont even deserve 1 star
