      I bought a return ticket for ****** to SF and back. However, the traveller got sick a day before the flight, and wouldn't be able to make the flight. I called CheapOair to inform them and, after our talk and their getting in touch with the actual airline, I was informed a refund would not be possible, but, a credit shall be issued to me, after deduction of a cancelation fee, which they did. I was then sent an email to that effect, with a credit of $175.96, with a clause that, it valid till July 31st, 2023, but, the ticket must have been issued by October 30th, 2022. ** the following day, 11th, ******* I called CheapOair to rebook the flight for the 17th of ******* to return on the 19th. Ever since then, I have been on phone with them for several hours at different times, with one agent or the other transferring me to each other, and asking me to wait on many occasions. At a point, I was asked to call the airline which I initially did, but, after giving the airline the information, they said there was no such credit or information with them. I called CheapOair back, and after several hours again, the last agent I spoke with said, someone would call me the following day, that is today, the 12th, ******* ** 6pm when I didn't hear from them, I decided to give them a call. However, it was the same story with the agent, asking me to call the airline of which I told her, "I didn't have contract with the airline, nor paid money to the airline, but to CheapOair. I also reminded her that, it was CheapOair that issued me the credit which I have with me, and not the airline. So, they have no right now, directing me to the airline. They have up till now, refused to issue me another ticket for the date we have picked, and, time is not on our side. Thanks.

      Prompt response. All other companies and including ***** airlines trying to steal your money. The best airline is the worst ***** airlines . Dont recommend ***** airlines of any kind plus ****** *** is a bad company to deal with . Please worn your customers.

      The website was easy to navigate through and the prices were very competitive. My questions were able to be answered by the information on the site. My trip is not until Dec 2022 so we will see how the service is should any issues arise. As of today, I have opened an account and was pleased. Thank you.

      All my experiences with cheapoair.com have been excellent and I have used them at least a dozen times over the last few years... the most recent being this week. I don't shop for travel anywhere else.
